I wore Fame and partners for a wedding and loved it. Everyone in our party wore the same color but could pick out whichever style we wanted.

The dress I chose fit well and I love that the brand is sustainable.

The first thing that compelled me to purchase from this company is the fact that they're custom pieces, made to order...therefore NOT fast fashion and severely harming the environment. I really loved the customization experience....I felt like I was designing my dream dress. I made sure to order well in advance before my event to give them ample time to make and ship. The dress arrived within 12 weeks. Sooooo happy with the outcome. Will definitely be purchasing from this company again. Side note, the CEO is a woman who supports female empowerment - I love that!!

I am in the same boat as a few of the other ladies below; I ordered a dress with two months to go to my event, did not hear a word of how it was going or when it was going to ship. Finally emailed and a very polite customer service representative assured me that it was being made but would be delayed, so I found a replacement dress. It's an been almost an entire month since that email, with two other email follow ups and similar replies. I have to give it a one star, because it's been three months, and I just don't even have a ship date.

I had such high hopes after seeing their dresses in several Youtuber's videos, but it seems like it's not built to scale. Maybe if I had a dress I could actually give them a chance, but I'm asking to cancel my order entirely and hoping to get my money back.

I bought the Queen of Peace dress for ~$330 AUD after some hesitations due to the overwhelming number of bad reviews. The dress arrived 10 days after ordering it which was great however some of the stitching was poor quality.
For a dress which cost well over $300 and required a further $120 worth of alterations, I expected much higher quality material and stitching. The colour of the dress was beautiful but the fabric felt very cheap and crinkled easily.
I love the theoretical ideology behind the company but it simply doesn't deliver well made, high quality dresses. If you want a nicely designed, out of the ordinary but poorly executed dress, then Fame and Partners is the company for you.
I really hope they improve in the future as it seems like a good company!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! We had only had 3 weeks before the event to place an order for a custom gown (Sarah, turquoise, raised back, barefoot height, etc.). With 13 days to go, the custom dress arrived and is of better quality than I could have bought off the rack, more beautiful than any department store offering & more than we asked. Down to the smallest detail, this dress is top-notch. I plan to order more from them for myself THIS WEEK.

For my friend's wedding we got to all choose our dresses for her wedding! Finally for the first time we all get to wear something different that suits everyone. Their customer service team was on top of it by organizing everyone's order together. I'm so happy with my dress, it fits perfectly and is so stunning! Thank you Fame and Partners!!!! <3

Absolute NIGHTMARE!!
Ordered two dresses, horribly made and the wrong color. I sent them back May 10, 2018 and I still have not seen the refund!

Customer service fail. Period.

Completely unacceptable. DO NOT Support this company!

Customer Service is amazing, I always received timely responses and follow ups. The dress I received is absolutely beautiful and I got lots of compliments from people! I will be ordering from Fame and Partners again soon!

I loved wearing the navy silk Kira dress to my friend’s wedding. At the reception so many people (women and men) complimented me on my dress! Because the dress was a wrap it fit my pear-shaped figure perfectly! I felt like a million bucks! I’m so glad that I could customize the neckline and remove the ruffle on the skirt and I loved that I didn’t need to hem the dress. The dress was truely made for me. Love Fame and Partners! Keep on making beautiful dresses :)

There is no way to communicate with Fame and Partners beyond the chat function on the website, and while the representatives who run it have seemingly good manners, they ultimately fail to follow through on their promises. For example, I ordered a dress from Fame and Partners and contacted the customer service team because I was not sure when it would arrive. The representative assured me that she would contact the production team and ensure it would be delivered in time for my event. When I received no follow-up emails as promised within the next few days, I contacted customer service again, and another member of the team assured me that they were in communication with the Production Team and that the matter was being taken care of. Fame and Partners' customer service team failed to email me the promised update for almost an entire week, even after I repeatedly contacted them to check the status of the order. It was only earlier today—the day before my event—that I finally received an email saying that the dress would not arrive until next week. Given the assurances of the customer support staff, I didn’t think it necessary to find a new dress, and I am now left without a dress for my event tomorrow.

In short, Fame and Partners has a truly reprehensible customer service policy. The only point of contact with the company is the chat function, and the representatives there do not follow through on their promises. This truly unacceptable considering both the cost of this company's products as well as Fame and Partner's mission to provide custom, personal clothing to their customers.

I am sincerely hoping that the company will address the issue with my order and work to resolve it before my event as the most recent representative I contacted has promised me. However, considering how much of my time I have spent trying to communicate with the company and the total lack of action (beyond empty promises) Fame and Partners has made on my behalf, I am not at all confident that the order will be delivered on time, and I am left disappointed, frustrated, and without a dress for my event based on my experience with Fame and Partners.

Ordered a dress 2 mos ago. got jerked around on multiple emails. they kept changing the delivery date. this dance keeps going until you eventually cave in and cancel. Terrible experience.

Excellent quality dress and amazing customer support! My formal dress arrived exactly at the end of the 6 weeks as stated on the website and it was true to the size measurements and the colour on the webpage. When I contacted customer support for a query about the dress, I got a reply within half an hour - Sarah from their support team was super helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend and will certainly shop again.

I am so fed up with this company. I ordered my prom dress over 3 months before the actual prom and obviously expected it to get to me in plenty of time. That was on February 8. It is now April 25, and the dress still has not even been shipped. I have not been updated at all about what is going on, and had to live chat twice with people who have simply told me it will ship soon and offered no solution, discount, or anything. The first time I live chatted they said it would ship April 23. That obviously didn't happen, and now they say it won't ship until the 28th. That is over 11 weeks after ordering and it was only supposed to take 6. This is so ridiculous and if they keep pushing it back, it won't get to me in time at all. This is so unprofessional. Do not order from here, it is not worth it.

I was so excited to order my prom dress from this site. I bought it with express delivery (2-3weeks) and I counted the days until my dress arrived. A day before it was supposed to get here I didn’t get any shipping g info or anything so I decided to email them. They told me there were complications with the dress and it had to be remade and it wouldn’t be delivered for another two weeks. I was so upset but I just let it go and waited. About two days before it was supposed to ship I decided to Email them just to make sure it was on track. Once again they told me my dress wasn’t ready and was going to take an extra four days. At this point I was just astonished. I emailed several people who kept telling “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. This was not an “inconvenience” it was a nightmare I only had ten days before prom and my dress isn’t even done. Every kept telling me they estimated the ship date to be four days away but they couldn’t tell me 100% it would ship by then. I said fine and tried to get them to overnight my dress so I could have it at least a week before prom but they refused. Finally a day before it was supposed to ship again they told me it would be ready to ship until four days before prom. Of course again the ship date was pushed back and no one wanted to email me about it. At that point I canceled my order. No one even apologized for this horrible customer service. I had about ten different employees who promised me they’d do something to make sure I got my dress and that didn’t work out. They obviously had no sense of urgency to get my dress to me .Now with only three days until prom I’m scrambling to find a dress to wear because this company can’t make one single dress and get it to me on time. I will never order from here again it has been so upsetting.

Originally ordered the Lizzie for my daughters formal but there were issues with the size, then returned and requested a smaller size to be told that the Lizzie has been discontinued, ordered the Zarita which is similar but had to pay in under $200 extra and now only to be told there are quality issues and there is another delay with this dress.

The Fame and Partners website was so easy to navigate and I was very happy with the selection of dresses they have available. It was difficult to choose out of all their beautiful dresses and they have styles to suit every taste. Most of all I love that you can get the dress catered to your body. Very affordable prices for a dress made to fit you. Would definitely order from them again.

An online company without a customer service phone number - says it all. My daughter ordered the same dress in two sizes -planning to return the one that doesn't fit. Oddly, she's been informed online that she isn't able to return a dress because she didn't place a "return deposit" - which she was never prompted to do. Customer service has no phone numbers just online messaging which isn't helpful when trying to resolve an expensive issue. For an online company the customer service is unacceptable.
