Massively disappointing. After following the brand and loving their look as well as their ethos I ordered a £200 dress for the night before my wedding. Over 2 months later and a £70 customs fee, the dress arrived. Fabric was cheap and had flaws in it, loose stitching, poor make quality, fastenings came loose, lined in cheap material. They offered me no compensation, not even an apology and would only refund me for the item, not the customs fee I had to pay to receive a faulty item! Will never use them again and advise you not to either. They are just good marketing, but really poor product.

I wish I could rate it zero stars. First off, I paid 300 dollars for a dress that took six weeks to make; every time I emailed them, they claimed it was still being "made to order". Upon getting the dress, it looked like absolute sh**. The package came from China, with cheap, fake satin that was paper thin. On top of that, they charge 35 dollars for a "zero waste fee" that's deducted from your refund. Utter crap, DO NOT buy from here

The dress that I received was a terrible fit. I put it my measurements and chose my clothing size, however the dress was short, too loose in some areas and too tight in others. I ordered this dress 8 weeks ago to wear to my graduation, which is in one week and now I don't know what to do instead.

This company is difficult to return to. Well made dresses, but if you want a dress within a month good luck. They are not on time, and the process to return is lengthy. Also their customer service number listed on the website is fake. Never worked in two months.

I recently ordered a dress for prom on their website and the estimated arrival time was between 2 to 3 weeks. I would regularly check my emails and my account to see if the dress has been shipped but there was never any update. Over three weeks later I became suspicious and decided to contact their customer service. First of all, they don't do any phone calls which confused me as to why a company would do that. Second, their live chats are always closed no matter the time I went on so I decided to email them. 24 hours later they got back to me and claimed that the fabric for my dress had many problems and that I can pick a different color. I was angry as to why I was never informed that there were problems with the fabric I ordered in the three weeks that have passed. I emailed them asking for another color and it took them over 24 hours to reply again. This time they claimed that all their silk fabric had problems and that my dress couldn't be made at all and asked if I wanted a different dress. I decided to cancel my order since it wasn't worth my time waiting for another dress that could or could not have come. I highly do not recommend ordering from their website.

This website has been a disappointment. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery. When I asked for an update,
they told me that it was gonna be closer to 7 weeks which would have been too late for our event.

We canceled the order and then suddenly the dresses were ready and they refused to stop shipment on them. I begged them to save their time and mine by stopping shipment, I even offered to pay the restocking fee.

Needless to say they sent both dresses, took 30 days to Credit my money. The customer service was NOT helpful.
Go to Bloomingdales next time!

I was really looking forward to receiving the item and was so disappointed. The fabric wasn’t the quality I had expected for the price and the fit was wrong - the item had to be returned and cost me a lot in postage, the fees they charge for return and import duties from the UK. Not worth it if you’re a UK customer!

Never order from this website. Worst organizational skills, time management, and frankly business I have ever seen in my life. If I had the option to give it negative stars, I would. Truly a -2/10 experience. Paid for express shipping on a dress under their “express” tab on their website, told me a couple weeks before my event that I wouldn’t be receiving the dress on time. Funny thing is I ordered it about a month out and express shipping was 7-10 business days. Will never order from here again, and I hope no one else will either.

The dress said it would come in 6-8 weeks and it came in 3 1/2 weeks. The only thing thing is that it was bit wrinkled so I steamed it. The material was as expected . It was as pretty as expected

This company has seemed to mess with people as of other reviews on this site. However, I ordered a dress from this website for my senior prom. I had fallen in love with it a year before and never heard anything bad about the company until after I had ordered it. I paid for the 6-8 week shipping, and right after I ordered it, I received a confirmation email and a receipt email. I did not receive any further emails, so after about 2 and a half weeks, I emailed customer service asking about my order and if it would be shipping soon. In less than 24 hours, they had emailed me back saying that it had been shipped. My dress was on my doorstep within three days of it being shipped. I did get my dress within the 6-8 weeks that the shipping had allowed; I got it two days before it would have made 8 weeks. If you are planning on ordering from this company just know that the shipping will be on the longer end of the time they give you. The dress itself was exactly how I had custom designed it. However, I am pretty petite and will have to get the top straps of my dress altered, but it is not the company's fault. I do not think I personally will ever order from this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone, but my experience had me a little nervous and in the end satisfied.

I ordered from this company in hopes of wearing their Zion Dress to an event on March 30. I changed the color to Emerald Green and made it ankle length. I placed this order on January 25, 2019, and sadly I have yet to receive my dress as of the current date today of March 22. It’s not like I did not try to get my dress and simply waited around, I actually emailed and used their “Live Chat with an Assistant” option on their website weekly and sometimes daily, and also you can not contact them via a phone number. The first time I contacted them was February 26 through email, a month after my original order and the only email I received back was a cut and past answer of “Sorry, we can not get back to you right now due to the high volume of emails we are receiving.” The next time I contacted them was on February 27 through the live chat option. I spoke with a woman named Sherly and she told me that my dress would be shipped within the second week of March and that she would contact me if it were to be delayed. Hopeful, I waited until the second week of March and that time came and went and I had to resort back to the live chat and I spoke with someone named Rica on Monday March 11. She told me that my dress would be shipped on March 15. That date rolls around and I was left in the dust with no shipment email or a notice that my dress has been delayed. Yet again I went back to the live chat option and spoke with a woman named Cathy on March 15, the day my dress was allegedly supposed to be shipped. She told me that she would contact the production team and email me the following day. The next day rolls, which is a Saturday, and she tells me that she can not contact the production team because they are overseas and she will contact me on Monday March 18, and you guessed it, she does not email me on Monday and of course I have to drag myself back to the live chat on the following Monday. That day I spoke to someone named Sean they told me that my dress was to be shipped on March 22, he also told me that he would email me everyday and of course I did not believe him because of everyone else’s recent failure to email me. He follows through with emailing me all the way through Wednesday March 20, and after that he stops. So, on Thursday, March 21, I have to drag myself to the resented Live Chat and I spoke with a familiar name, Rica. She told me that my dress was still on track to ship on the following day of March 22. Today is March 22, the day my dress was supposed to be shipped and the third lie that Fame and Partners has told me. I got an email from Sean today saying that my dress is to be shipped on March 27, THREE DAYS BEFORE MY EVENT. I have no hopes at all of getting my dress in time and I have asked for a refund that they will hopefully give me. Mind you, I have spared many details from this story and given the bare minimum, there is so much more I could tell but I’ll just leave it at this. I am so, so disappointed with this company and I want to seriously warn every one to not order from them. I really hope this company pulls itself together and gives their customers a more positive experience than I had. I am planning on disputing the charge on my credit card if they do not offer me a full refund. I will not pay another cent to this company. The only reason I gave this company one star is because I could not give it a zero.

Very poor customization based on the information they collected about my size. The bodice is short/waistline is too high for someone who is 5’11”, which is listed on the customization form I filled out. The length is overall short as well. Customer service has not responded. Now spending an arm and a leg to get it tailored, which is still going to be far from perfect given what we have to work with. Out of 8 bridesmaids who ordered from Fame and Partners, none fit well. Brides beware.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FAME AND PARTNERS!!! Their dresses look so beautiful online, but you’d be lucky if you actually get the dress you order!

Here’s my story:
I had been looking at this site for a while for a prom dress and fell in love with one of the dresses. I placed my order in January. (The event was March 30th.)
Time had passed and I had only received one email from Fame and Partners after the initial purchase. So, once March came around, I emailed customer service to see if the dress had shipped. I paid for 6-8 week shipping and was expecting the dress to come later that week.
I am so glad I emailed!!!! Surprisingly, I got a response saying THEY COULD NOT MAKE MY DRESS!!!! This is not the most frustrating part. It would have been upsetting, but fine, if that communicated the news to me, that they couldnt make the dress. INSTEAD, i had to email them, and find out! Were they going to tell me?
The customer service lady was as polite as she could be. They asked my event date and offered to make a different dress or give me a full refund. A very nice offer. I scoured the website for another dress, after having been excited about receiving the dress that I carefully picked out. I emailed the rep back with another dress I would settle for and my event date. I guess I thought they would try to make it in time for the event to correct their mistake, but nope!!!
I received an email back saying that they couldn’t get me that dress in time and sent me a link to a few dresses they could. At this point, I was frustrated and disappointed. Their dresses are so beautiful. If you want to buy one, order a year out so maybe you’ll get one, not the one you wanted though.
Now, I’m on to last minute shop for another dress. At least they’re giving me a full refund- I hope.

It has been 21 days since I placed my order and still no dress or answers. On the 12th day after ordering my dress I decided to go onto the website to check on it since I had not received any updates. I was informed there was a high volume of orders and mine would not be ready to ship until March 10th, (I place this order on Feb 11) three days after my event.

I had to reach out to customer service, where they told me it was business days not 21 days, which was not stated on the website, but now is.

I asked to speak to senior management no one for days got back to me.

Horrible experience for what could've been a beautiful dress for the event.

The dress came in plenty of time for my event. It was a simple red dress, but still very elegant. I also loved the fabric. Such great quality material. Super satisfied!

We ordered a custom item for an event and my card was charged the day after purchase. The web site indicated that Fame and Partners goal was to fulfill the order within 10 days. A month has passed and not only do we not have the dress, but they are unable to tell us when it will be completed. Customer service is only through online chat or email, there is no option to speak to a person who can reassure you that the item you paid for will marterialize. The phone number on the receipt (1-323-673-0578) gets you to a recording stating “the google customer you have called is unavailable.” For lack of better options I’ve filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Area Better Business Bureau. If you need a special occasion dress, Fame and Partners is not a reliable option.

I would highly recommend this company for their services and product they provide. I had a great experience with the dress I wore and it was made beautifully and fit great. Had so many compliments on the dress I wore.

I purchased the Allegra in black, size 0, 5'3".

It arrived in a timely manner, undamaged, and is decent enough. I'm by no means overwhelmed by it, and I'll certainly blend in with every other basic dress at the event.

It's horribly large up top (I'm a 32A, gain a couple lbs maybe a 34B) and a 25"-26" waist and it easy could be taken in a couple inches.

I would send it back if I had the time but unfortunately will wear this once and most likely never again.

The kimono is the sexiest, yet classy, I've ever seen or owned. Quality is top notch. Beyond 5 stars.
