This comes direct from China. They are ignoring my request for a return. After I bought from here my credit card information was stolen. Avoid this website!

Ugliest dresses in person. The bridesmaids were very upset! Awful seams, cheap fabric, they even got someones order wrong and refused to do anything about it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Cheap quality and overpriced. Poorly made dress. Dresses are NOT custom made. The dress arrived with a defected strap, bubbled zipper, and uneven neckline. Dress was very uncomfortable, the straps kept falling. Even though the dress was defected, I was charged to return it. I found a similar dress, but better quality at TJ Maxx for 1/4th of the price.

I ordered a custom gown which I wanted to return - it was way too long (even though I provided my exact measurements) and for how much you pay, the quality is similar to much cheaper fast fashion brands. I knew I was going to forfeit 25% to return it, but I really didn't want the dress. I emailed customer service with the return request and a photo, and after 6 days and a follow-up email, customer service responded that they would give me a refund and I don't need to return the dress. Odd, but okay. Getting my money back took about 2 weeks. So I got the refund, but now I have a "custom" dress that I don't really like nor want.

My overall criticism would be the low quality of the product, the incorrect measurements for a "custom" order, and the fact that customer service took 6 days to respond, which was a bit stressful given the return window. I wouldn't recommend this store, because the "custom" option wasn't accurate, and to return a "custom" product, you forfeit 25% of what you paid.

I was so excited to order a dress that was custom made. I'm 6'2'' and floor length dresses are nearly impossible. I put in my order with F&P that I was 6'3'' and wearing 3 inch heels. It arrived, and its nearly 5 inches too short. I will have to wear flats, and even then it doesn't touch the floor and I look ridiculous.

I tried to contact their customer support. They responded once basically saying that yes, I ordered everything correctly, but there is nothing they can do and I should just order a new dress. I asked them multiple followups: if I order a dress how do I know it would be correct this time, if I entered everything right the first time and it wasn't? They have not responded to any further emails or communication to me. They don't have any numbers to call or any other way to communicate so I'm basically hopeless.

Such a disappointing company and product, I was so elated to find something custom made and in the end paid $300 for something that does not fit and is not returnable or exchangeable.

Everything is basically wrong with the dress I bought. I used the size guide and the dress is huge. Also I put in my heel height and the dress is at least 6 inches too long. F&P say these dresses are customized but what is the point of providing measurements if you have to tailor it anyway. Also these are not cheap dresses. I paid $400 for a dress that was just shipped from China and cheaply made. Avoid at all costs! Also customer service is non-existent.

I ordered 2 dresses that were just ok. Not worthy of the price point they are selling them for. I have been trying to reach them regarding a return label and they say they are waiting for IT dept to generate that. They also do not answer their phone. When I call I get a message repeating the cell number but not saying the business name. Seems shady to me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrific customer service, no response for weeks. Wanted to return a dress, was given lame ass excuse that there was a technical issue w/generating a return label. Disputed charge with AMEX and sent back dress on my own dime to adhere to their strict 30 day return. Only received responses AFTER o told them I disputed with AMEX. Refused to give me the LOUSY $13 to ship dress back to them. Will NEVER buy from here again. Dress wasn't even very nice, either

Terrible customer service. Don’t trust them they will play tricks and will Neves send the return label on time. Nobody answers chats or emails and they don’t have a phone number.

Dress didn't fit so tried to return. No return label provided despite 3 emails and phone call. Filed a complaint with BBB and disputed the charge with my credit card.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The worst customer service I have ever seen and I shop a lot! Purchased a very expensive dress which did not look in person as it did on site so needed to return. Got approval for return and label-great! Shipped back the next day They now will NOT refund me. SO they have th dress and my money. There is no phone number and numerous emails sent they have not responded to a single one. A disgusting way to run a business.

The dress that I purchased didn't fit. I did the return process and was not given a return label as it said I would. Have emailed two different emails and tried the chat and no one will respond. They don't provide a phone number so there is no way to get a hold of them. SOOO frustrating!!

still trying to return the dress!!!! fame and partners CLAIM their return system is down and can't produce a label for return. i have submitted the photos, filled the claim. they say they will respond when the issue is resolved. this has now been 1 month!!! i dont believe i will ever get my label or MONEY

Ordered a dress and it doesn’t fit. Attempted to return but can’t get anyone from customer service to respond with either the shipping label that was supposed to sent or the correct return address. Do not want to be without the money and the dress so hav yet to return it. If you think you will be able to return it and get your money back, you won’t

The dress I custom ordered was way too long (their fault). I attempted to return and the website was down, so I emailed with customer service. They said they were having an internal issue with the returns link and to wait and they'd get back to me. I have waited and repeatedly emailed them and still no response. It's been almost a month. I am extremely frustrated and may file claim with my credit card/better consumer bureau.

DO NOT ORDER A DRESS FROM THE OUTLET!!! The website does state that there are customizations to the dresses on the website. However, the back of the Zarita dress I ordered was completely different. Had I known that, I would NOT have ordered the dress. Additionally, the dress was raised so it did not fall where it was supposed to. Needless to say, I am highly upset. And here's the thing, the customizations were on the packing slip, but can't be listed on the website? To add insult to injury, all outlet sales are final. Never again!

Disappointed. That is what I felt after reaching out to this company to inform them that the dress I customized did not fir properly. Instead of trusting their customers, they had a terrible response time and asked for pictures so that they could "deem my request worthy." After complying with their request, they wrote back and requested ADDITIONAL photos. This has been the worst customer service experience and most frustrating interaction I have ever had with a brand. Until my issue is addressed, I will be sharing this experience and warning everyone I know to beware of this brand.

Don’t ever buy from this company. I ordered two dresses and upon receiving them found they were dirty, poor quality and didn’t fit. Of course I returned them but never received my money back. They still owe me $535.45 but haven’t seen a cent!

This is a HORRIBLE Company! DO NOT ORDER!!! It is a scam. The stuff comes from China, and it ends up costing you half the cost of the dress to return it. Material is so cheap. Save yourself the trouble!!!

Horrible returns process. The return portal has been down for over a week and customer support keeps replying with the same canned message of "we'll send you a return label once it's back up". Also, the dresses ship from China.
