Falconer Funerals throughout made my dads last days perfect from his journey to the Chapel of Rest caring for him leading upto his funeral treated like the king he is. The respect and compassion from Falconer Funerals is flawless, from days of such sorrow a beautiful event was delivered. Personalised flower arrangements tailored to my dads personality all the small things that made such a big difference. I will be forever grateful for everything they did for us as a family as I felt throughout this we were treated like family. I would recommend always ♡

My sister had passed suddenly, something that our small family (myself and Mother) had not planned for, and I was left with no direction and unsure of the next steps and how to deal with what had come to pass.
One phone call to Falconer and they were there, re-assuring, kind and attentive to manage the process; honestly, I’m struggling to find the words to express how amazing and supportive they were!

The grave plots, cars, coffin, flowers, and church were all arranged through Falconer which allowed me to focus on the service planning, banqueting suite arrangements and support my Mother through our time of mourning.

I want to say what an amazing company falconer Funerals are. My mother in law passed on the 10th December 2023 Ivylue,Steve and the rest of the family went above and beyond to make sure everything went without a hitch.
My Sisters in law went to dress their mom and ivylue guided them through everything at the same time talking to mom as well making them feel at ease. My son as grandson wanted to walk his Nan for the last time from the house with the rest of the grandsons and again ivylue accommodated this. From start to finish nothing was too small or big for falconer funerals to do. I have already said I want them to look after me when I pass.

Even though we are related i didn't have any contact besides a hello at a family parties !

But then the devasting news came my only sister passed at 40.
She was in a crem over Birmingham,
I made so many calls to find so little information.

The day Falconers funerals got involved it changed everything, from doom, Too Lilac 🥰 They had brought my sister home.The moment i walked through their door, I felt at peace.

All the staff that had taken care of my fragile sister made her look so at peace it was unreal. At last ! Thank-you.

From that moment on. I felt nothing but warmth, care, and so much patience for me and our little family.

What can i say words can not express my feelings of what i am going threw from the passing of my mother to the final journey but falconers funeral directors are amazing they are not just funeral directors these are people who feel your pain go threw it with you are there every step of the way trully blessed to have chosen them to look after and bury my beloved mother

Well what can I say Falconer Funerals!! You did us proud. It was a hard week for you personally Ivylue but you carried on and help to create an amazing send off for mum.
From the offset, you were truly professional. You put us at ease. Your care of our mum was second to none.
We were given options as to the funeral process and were fortunate enough to dress our mother with Ivylue and her staff.
We are truly grateful for that.
The day went without a hitch and was colour coordinated including the plumes on the top of the cars which matched our scarves and ties.
The Casket was amazing and commented on as was the whole day.
