Absolutely outstanding service.
From the first phonecall I knew ivy lue would be the person to look after my husband. Ivy lue and her team are kind caring people who took care of my husband whilst in there care.
His funeral was as I planned and Ivy lue did exactly what we planned and discussed she is professional with a touch of class and personal touches. 5 star isn't enough as the team went above and beyond to help me.
I 100% recommend the team.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all the staff at Falconer Funerals, especially Ivylue for making sure my mother had the send off that she deserved. They were supportive, caring and very professional. They communicated everything along the way and was able to provide us with everything we asked for and more.

Having chanced upon an online article in the local press and book marking it for future reference; little did I know how soon I would be revisiting the link, as we lost our rock, our matriarch and queen on the 27th May of 2021.

From the initial phone call follow up, consultation date we arrived full of anxiety and trepidation having never walked this path before. I can tell you that our anxiety and fears quickly vanished as we were warmly welcomed by Ivylue and her team who apprised, and guided us through the entire funeral process, in addition to engaging with third party agencies on our behalf, and facilitated our specific funeral requirements.

We walked out our consultation with a plan, relieved that a huge overwhelming burden of responsibility had been selflessly shouldered by Ivylue and team and for that, we are eternally grateful.

This was back in May 2021, you would never have guessed Falconer Funerals were a fledgling company yet they were genuinely sensitive, compassionate caring, punctual polite and totally professional throughout. They delivered their services flawlessly, on the day.

On behalf of myself and the Foster family, we have no hesitation in highly recommending Falconer Funerals should that day arrive when you lose a loved one.

My father passed away in June, and Falconer Funerals led by Ivylue worked with my family to arrange the funeral in July. They were unbelievable from the very first phone call I made while my father was deteriorating, right through to the day of the service. They came out on the evening he died and waited until I could travel down from London, giving me the chance to say a personal goodbye before they gently took him into their care.

My parents had been together for 60 years, so I knew it was vital that my mother felt at peace with the chapel of rest. Falconer ensured my father was treated with dignity and respect, while supporting my mother with the same dignity, compassion, and understanding in her grief. What made the difference was the personal detail they added — the care that comes from knowing and understanding heritage, and the meaning of respecting these moments and traditions.

Their professionalism was matched by a genuine kindness that carried us through one of the hardest times of our lives. I cannot thank them enough for the way they supported our family — it was more than a service, it was true care.

Ivylue has been amazing over the last few weeks. When my father in law passed away, my mother in law wanted to contact Ivylue straight away and I can completely see why. She knew exactly how to help us with everything that was needed. She has looked after both of them with so much care and her support for my mother in law has gone way beyond the funeral - she is still popping round and calling regularly to make sure she is ok. Ivylue and the whole team have just been fantastic and it has felt like extended family guiding us through.

From the initial meeting with IvyLue we knew we wanted her to handle the funeral arrangements. IvyLue and her team showed incredible compassion throughout and the attention to detail was second to none. Listening to what we wanted and offering up suggestions, she allowed us to deliver the send off we were all proud of. Everything was handled with care. I cannot thank IvyLue enough. The process of burying a loved one is never easy, yet we were put at ease due to the teams hard work and focus. I believe that IvyLue went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for all her assistance during this difficult period. Once again, thank you IvyLue and all of the Falconer team. Your dedication, love and support cannot be understated. You have done an amazing job and you should all be very proud.

I cannot thank Ivylue and her family run business and the help from Lauren and other staff members enough and not forgetting the beautiful and powerful voices of the choir and musicians that she arranged for the day of my mother (Phyllis's) home-going in November 2024.

I lost my brother December 2024,from the moment I made contact with Ivylue to inform her of my brothers passing.Ivylue was very empathetic considerate caring and a good listener.Ivylue was able to tell me about the funeral arrangements that they offer.Aswell as if I had a church or crematorium in mind, florists caterers vicar.Nothing was too much ivylue was able to allow me and the family to continue to grieve,solely..the thought of funeral arranging and planning can be so stressful as I had done that previously when I lost my dad years ago. Ivylue informed me about everything from the cars flowers songs vicar the wake etc. When we went to visit my brother at the funeral home, the love and care and respect they show and give the deceased is just remarkable I knew that my brother was being treated with dignity and respect!! I knew he was in great hands.
On the funeral day they gave him a unmeasurable day that I will never forget. Their professionalism was AMAZING.

Ivy-Lou and her family were sensitive, empathetic, transparent and honest.
