Faith In Nature has been walking the walk since 1974. Founded by an aromatherapist and herbalist, we make eco conscious, natural origin products for skin, hair and home. We’re a B Corp and everything we make is at least 99% natural origin ingredients, vegan, cruelty-free, free from parabens and silicones. And we do it all in our founding spirit that Natural shouldn’t mean compromise. It shouldn’t cost more. And it should work just as well. Our belief, of course, is that it works even better. Everyone’s jumping on the big green bandwagon now. In some ways, that’s great. In others, it makes it even harder to know who to trust. That’s where our 52-year history matters. You can’t buy trust. Can not change delivery address or cancel once order has gone through! 😤
Set up account with billing address and delivery address. When you pay on PayPal, default to a different delivery address. There is no way of amending or canceling.

Hi Jeanette, thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately we do not have access to customers' paypal accounts in order to make changes. Our distribution centre also has an incredibly quick turnaround time in order to get our products out to people as quickly as possible. We will always try and help with address changes, but it's not always possible if the order has already been packed and sent out.
At checkout your address will be highlighted under shipping. It's worth just giving that a quick glance before confirming to make sure it's correct.

I am still waiting for a replacement …
I am still waiting for a replacement pump, I have since received a mail, 6 days ago saying it would be sent out but nothing yet received.
My order of shampoo etc came within days, so what is the problem here?

Free from chemicals
Easy to navigate the website, great prices especially three for two, it's the first time I have used the conditioner it has left hair soft and non greasy, very pleased the results.

We don't currently offer samples, We always encourage our customers to visit their local refill store. Here you can decant as much or as little as you would like to try. We’re lucky enough to have refill stations across the UK, situated within independent stores, refill vans, holiday homes and more !

Top quality products
The hand soaps were the first items I bought from Faith in Nature. I was looking for an alternative from another vegan soap producer becuase their product started to fall apart very quickly and a lot of the bar was lost down the plug hole. I was so impressed with FiN's handsoap quality I decided to try their shampoo because I wanted to chnage from my other supplier. Not because I didn't like their product, but because their range is limited and their website is poor. I have only just started using the lavender shampoo bar and am very happy with its lather and how clean my hair feels. My only critism is a lot of products are in plastic bottles. I hope to see all the plastics changed to metal. You can only recycle plastic once, and it ultimately breaks down into nano particles and ends up in every living creatures bloodstream, whereas metal can be infinitely recycled.
