Great customer service and OUTSTANDING products‼️

I use the Shampoo and conditioner a bit over a month, it did nothing to my hair, my hair are falling out the same as it was, nothing changed at all, it is not worth of that price, there are products which will leave my hair nicer and cost much less.

The other thing is that the first shipment did not arrive, I contacted the company and they ship it again, but once it arrived it was without the travel set, I contacted the company regarding it, and I got reply that to get the travel set it has to be added when doing the order and they cannot now to ship only the travel set. Seriously? I did add travel set to my order, but once it did not arrive, the company re-ship the order without the travel set.

I gave the products a time to see if it will improve my hair or at least decrease my hair shedding, and unfortunately it is 37 days when I recive my order, so I missed 30-days guarantee.

I was sceptical and worried as my hair had fallen out and thinned drastically. I read the reviews and started to use this product, within 2 weeks my hair had almost stopped falling out and not long after new growth started. The relief was welcomed as I had stopped washing my hair so my hair would not fall out.
I'm now back to washing my hair 3 times a week and my hair is so much more healthier and.looking thicker.

First I have to say that I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for about 6 years. I am 63 years old and I love their product. I suffered from covid pretty severely back in 2020 and lost a lot of hair which scared me. I tried this product and was sooooo happy I cried. Their customer service is unsurpassed and I highly highly recommend this company.

I just purchased this in the 14 ounce size in Coconut & Vanilla scented. Been using this for 6 weeks and have noticed that my hair feels much softer and not so dry. Would love the travel sampler for my future travels!

Less hair loss! Soft and thicker at 82!

Routine Wellness lavender and cedar shampoo and conditioner did not do anything for me! Returned it, still waiting for the refund. Wanted to love it, however my hair had no body and my wavy hair would stick flat, almost felt dry, so this was not for me! They communicated well when I first let them know I was not too happy with the product, tried their suggestions to no avail. We will see if they honor their refund policy.

Been using this for 4 months and it has done nothing for hair loss. As a matter of fact, my hair loss seems to have worsened. The shampoo does not lather - even with 2 full pumps on chin length hair - so there's a lot of "friction" when massaging shampoo into hair and scalp. I can feel the strands of hair all over my hands as I shampoo. Was really hopeful about this product based on other reviews but, unfortunately, was proved wrong.

I purchased this shampoo and conditioner after seeing it on instagram.
I got the Jasmine and Orange Blossom.
It smells amazing and leaves my hair shiny and super silky.
I see some reviews are mixed but for my hair it has been great.

I don't usually respond to these emails as I'm extremely busy! However, when I walked into my local grocery store this evening and a random person said how gorgeous my hair looked, I knew I needed to answer your email! I just had to let you know of my success with Routine Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner!

First, some background. I'm 67 years old and had recently noticed that my hairline at the forehead was seriously thinning. It was distressing me and I wanted to find a solution. That's when I ran across an Instagram post about the Wellness Routine Shampoo & Conditioner.

As, I'm always skeptical about new products, I did some research. I first looked at the ingredients used in your products. I was pleasantly surprised when I could actually pronounce all of them!

I then looked up any of the ingredients I was not familiar with and researched how and if that ingredient was beneficial for hair growth! Again, each ingredient has some hair boosting and growth attributes! Wow! It was great that there are not many ingredients. That's impressive!

Ok, now you've got my attention! Then I checked the reviews, the before and after photos on several social media platforms! I found that something like 98% of the reviews were positive!

Now, I have to try this product for myself! So I did! I've been using Routine Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner for about 3 months now. All I can say is OMG!!!!

Routine Wellness Shampoo and Conditioner when used according to the directions is amazing!!!! I have seen not only my hairline fill in but my long hair has more body and is so soft! I'm hooked!

I wish I could add before and after photos to this review so you could see the difference!

I have only used it once. Two members of my family noticed the change. My daughter had felt my hair last week. I have lost so much, due to medication. I just had to get it cut short, then my order came. It smelled wonderful, it felt really thick. I have never had anything like it before. After my hair dried it felt amazing, it was bouncy and touchable. I will be trying other scents. This is a great product for my hair! Thank you!

This shampoo and Conditioner has helped my dry hair be shiny and bouncy once again. I am 2 months in on a GPL-1 weight loss program and so far no hair loss. Love how full it looks now. I will use this even when I stop losing as it gave my hair so much texture.

I don't think the shampoo and conditioner did anything to thicken my hair. You have to use a lot of shampoo to get it to suds up and feel like your hair is clean. The bottles are small. The Lavender & Cedar didn't really smell great. There are a lot better products out there for less than or the same price. The worst part is they put you on a subscription and they give you zero heads up as to when the next order is until after they have charged your credit card. Then there is no way to cancel the order. I hate businesses that do this. It was a myriad of clicks trying to cancel the subscription which I hope they will honor. So now I've paid another $42 for two little bottles of not great shampoo and conditioner. I hate businesses that do that.

Being diabetic and on a GLP1 I was noticing a lot of hair loss. Since starting Routine shampoo and conditioner it has greatly improved! My son ram out of his shampoo and used mine, he too is now hooked! Said he loves how his hair feels!

I am on a GLP-1 for my diabetes and my hair was thinning and falling out by the brush full every brush! I heard about Routine and gave it a try because I had tried everything and within one wash the brush was drastically different almost no hair in the brush. I decided to give it a try on my daughter’s hair (she is 1 with blonde thin hair) and the thickness of her hair now is amazing and the growth. I will forever spend my money on Routine. A little goes a long way! I tell everyone about Routine even at my job (I work in a doctors office)!

Most amazing product I’ve ever used. With other products they weren’t like these ones. In a very short time hardly any end breakage when I brush and hardly any shedding.

I totally trust this brand and I hope to always use it. Lovely company. Reply to all correspondence and products always arrive on time even though I’m in the UK.

Fantastic products. Im peri menopausal and since using this for over a year my hairdresser says the cobdition of my hair has improved. I do two shampoo washes and it lasts ages!!!! Im talking 4 to 6 months. Conditioner longer, so good value in my opinion as you only need a small amount. I stopped using it for a short time and I noticed very quickly the change in my hair. Its less shiny and not as smooth!
The range of smells are lovely too. Delivery takes a little while so I do order a couple of weeks prior to running out.
