I have had F-Secure for a few years now and it has been effective.I decided to set up online banking and despite my best efforts I was thwarted by F-Secure. I contacted them but found myself confused and confounded by the help and support which really made me abandon my online banking facility.

F-secure product did not meet my needs.

It took a bit time to get reply for 30 day full money back guarantee.

Finally they refunded full amount. all good

Hejsa. Stofa har indgået en aftale med F-secure om udrulning af deres program SafeSurf til kunderne. Jeg er kunde hos Stofa og har modtaget en mail fra F-secure om at jeg skal aktivere SafeSurf.
Idag kom der så en "rykkermail", fra F-secure der med STORE bogstaver skriver, at jeg skal aktivere "SafeSurf med det samme", skrevet med hvide bogstaver på grøn baggrund, altså virkelig tydeligt, menes tryk HER. Jeg skulle altså bare trykke på den grønne knap i mailen. I mailen har jeg ikke mulighed for melde retur, at jeg IKKE ønsker programmet fra F-secure, som jeg derfor føler bliver "proppet ned i halsen" på os Stofakunder. Endvidere er mailen sendt fra F-secure, hvilket betyder at Stofa har videresendt min mailadresse til F-secure.
F-secure og Stofa, det ville være rar at vide om Stofa har lovhjemmel til at videregive min mail? I mailen oplyses endvidere at, da jeg "endnu" ikke har aktiveret SafeSurf er jeg ikke beskyttet mod trusler, virus og hackerangreb. Vel og mærket medmindre jeg ikke har en anden sikkerhedsløsning, som det beskrives. Spørgmålet er så om Safesurf det sikreste antivirus program?, ikke i følge TÆNK, der sendte F-secures program SafeSafe ned på en 12 plads af 22 programmer. (februar 2020). Mon ikke mange af stofas brugere bliver dårligere sikret mod hackere, trusler og virus, hvis de vælger at trykke på "knappen"?

F Secure does a good job, i have not experienced any issues with viruses and malware and i tend to visit risky sites on a regular basis.
major issue is the cost. It is much higher priced than comparable or better products, so i t have tried to unsubscribe for 2 years now.
The process to unsubscribe is deliberately long, time consuming and tedious. After 3 hours online and on the phone, i gave up the first time. I am going through this again.
It is designed to hold you hostage. BEWARE!

Haft F secure i mange år. Virker fint til mit behov. Ingen problemer, hverken med apple produkter eller android.

I reluctantly had to give a star to be able to continue. I have been trying for months to have f-secure removed because it allowed a porn channel entry and blocked all my payments when I tried to donate to charity. Finally a lovely young man called Francis, a technical team adviser, solved the problem. I was being charged for this service and it should have been free therefore it could not be removed. Francis achieved this tonight. I have spent MANY HOURS trying to have this sorted.. Tomorrow I look for compensation!

Ved ikke hvor godt F-Secure virke som anti virus program. MEN deres VPN er alt for dårligt. man kan ikke bruge den på samme tid som netflix og min skole har blokeret den. Så kan ikke bruge den til noget.

altså deres anti virus virker sikkert men deres VPN virker ikke og kan ikke finde et sted hvor jeg kun kunne anmeld deres VPN

Hej programmet popper hver dag op i den sidste måneds tid af en periode om fornyelse mit udløber 15 maj når jeg klikker på forny får jeg at vide at den er fornyet, selv om det hverken ikke er tilfældet skal jeg vente til den er gået over 15 maj og prøve igen

Don’t bother, absolute waste of time. F secure safe came with ad blocker which o thought would be handy on my iPhone. Turns out it blocked most featured pages on safari as they came up as ‘ads’. I contacted customer support and they told me that ad blocker for IOS doesn’t exist. I messed around on the app the try and turn it off in the AD BLOCKER icon (even though it doesn’t exist apparently) and there was no way to turn it off. The website was also useless and I was unable to cancel my subscription. I deleted the app in the end and low and behold, nothing is blocked on safari and all works fine.

Useless. Pointless. Unhelpful customer service staff that clearly don’t know the software.

I have a subscription for 3 devices. However it is impossible to activate it for 2 of them and there is NO possibility to contact support to get help. None of the links work and i cannot even use my login to login to their community pages.
F-Secure used to be good, now I think they are a Russian fake company. Will never use them again.

When contacting them in English, I get the following response:

I have been trying to activate my subscription for my devices (where I already before had the subscription), but I am not able to.
Fix this NOW please. I need the subscription to work in 2 hours.

Absolute rubbish. Online banking becomes near impossible due to F Secure popping up all the time.

If you click 'End' button it disappears for a while then pops up again.

The only way to regain control is to uninstall it.

Terrible company wont stop emailing me I changed to postoffice broadband which includes free f secure of which I would have taken but they keep emailing me to sign up . I have explained I have never been given an account number from post office after 7 calls . I'm 84 disabled and this is very distressing PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME

I have F-Secure Safe now and my experience is positive overall. A few areas to improve - 1.Firewall. I understand that many products of Internet Security class use Windows firewall, Bullguard for example. But Bullguard has an additional module built in that helps to set rules for programs, and helps to see which ones connected to the web recently. This one doesn't have this. 2. Updates. You don't have any control over them. F-Secure Safe updates every hour, so take it, or leave it. Let the user decide how often he wants it to happen. I've seen the statistics that F-Secure does well in tests, so I'd give it 4,5.

Terrible in every way. Even AVG FREE version picks up malicious websites, whilst F-Secutre fails. Never buy this!

Mr L. H.-H. is not professional and his attitude is very bad. The support is just a fake. Bad experience.

Anti-virus product constantly crashes my laptop.

Support is non-existent from my short experience with this provider. I'd seriously advise against this as an anti-virus solution.
