Update your website.
Phone numbers on website inactive. Live chat doesn’t work. Heaven forbid you make the most minor change on your policy. Getting charged just for breathing. Cancellation fee as standard. Just straight up trash experience for bike insurance.

Good cover at a very decent price. Hopefully I don't get to find out how well they perform in the case of a claim, but very happy so far

Purchased this policy via a comparison site. Had never heard of this company before but the price was so amazingly reasonable thought it was a scam somehow so came out deleted all history and cookies went back in. Same amazing price. Just hope that I won’t ever have to use them in real life. Happy when I saw the policy document, cert of insurance etc
