I use the Midlands Office as I was away on an extended overseas trip. I have always had great service for Expost and would recommend it to anyone who needs their services. Does what it says on the box :)

I and my wife are into our 3rd year with Expost, and living and working in Many parts of Europe, the service as been a god sent, I have to say I was sceptical in the beginning, and being in the type of work I am in, security and discretion is vitally important. Also the customer service, well their are few companies I know should follow there lead, I take my hat off to Expost. In all the time and varieties of post ie parcels and letters I have had one issue which resolved in 30min.
We have no reason to change our contract with Expost, long may it continue.

I have been a continuous user of Expost for over 2 years now and would recommend them to anyone requiring mail deliveries from the UK to an international address. The service is secure, fast and very private. Their customer service is excellent (Brodie is particularly polite and helpful at all times) and their website very easy to understand and use.
Whilst there fees are not cheap, given the level of service and privacy afforded by them it is more than value-for-money.
I will continue to use them for the forseeable future and look forward to a continued partnership.

Having previously used a Royal Mail Post Office Box and been disappointed with the quality of service and massively increased costs (cost doubled for 3 consecutive years. Went from £60 to £120 to £240!) I was in the market for a reliable and confidential alternative. My business deals with some of the more unpleasant members of society in my county of residence and so using my own address is, to put it mildly, a risk. I had looked at other services but none offered all the necessary aspects of what I was looking for. Confidentiallity, Reliability, Convenience and Communication when you need it not at their convenience. Having used this service for over a year I am 100% satisfied. It is extremely economical and totally dependable and I have absolutely no qualms about recommending them.

I have been using Expost for many months now. What a fantastic service. I have been travelling quite a lot outside the UK for many years now ,using a friends address and relying on the friend to pass on the post. Expost sends any post out to me on a Monday, where ever i am and it always arrives in a properly addressed package. It is nice to find a compony these days that give such excellent service.

As I keep going overseas for a couple of months at a time a few times a year..I decided to respect my mail and use Expost.
Brilliant, friendly, professional service.
Luckily I live close to the Scottish office where staff were very very helpful.
I W ILL continue with Expost inn the foreseeable guture

Due to the very abrupt manner of the woman over the phone ( help line ) I gave only 3 stars probably won’t renew my subscription!!! Please note without us your customers, you would not survive!!!!!!!!

I have recently signed up for the business address service from Expost, really happy with the whole set up process. The whole team have been fantastic and are always happy to help and answer any question I throw at them - no matter how silly. The pricing is very reasonable too, especially the fact that they lock in your pricing from your original sign up pricing.

I left my old provider initially due to their poor customer service and delayed response times, however Expost have opened my eyes to other features that I was missing out on.

Expost have been able to provide me with a really unique business address which is exactly what I wanted. The post scanning functions are also fabulous, which gives me much quicker access to inbound mail.

Keep up the great work! I couldn’t be happier.

Expost are, without a shadow of doubt, the best mail forwarding company I have EVER used. I've tried many different companies over the decades, but Expost stand head and shoulders above the rest.

With other virtual address/mail forwarding providers my mail would sometimes get lost. This caused huge issues for me as you can imagine. The customer service was usually mediocre, with emails not responded to and phone calls seldom answered.

But Expost is a league of its own. In several years of employing the company's services they have never failed to forward a single letter! In terms of my occasionial enquiries, they pick up the phone immediately or answer emails within 24 hours.

A special call-out to Brodie. He is a gentleman and a scholar. He customer service is exemplary and in a league of its own. He works extremely hard to make this the best mail forwarding company in the land and he deserves the very highest praise!

I will not waste words. Expost's service is first class, efficient and friendly. Nothing else to be said!

This just works, it really does. I've been with Expost for nearly a year now and I can say with absolute certainty that they provide a seamless, efficient, and professional level of service that's second to none. Like many people who might choose to use a service like this, I move around a lot and work remotely so I do have quite a borderless lifestyle. Using a mailing service is invaluable to me so it's especially important that I can trust and rely on the people who provide it (hence the 5 star rating). The staff are really refreshing to deal with (in a world where customers are nothing more than a number) and I couldn't recommend them enough!

I am so pleased with the efficiency and support that Brodie and Bubbles have provided. Totally put my mind at ease knowing that I could keep up to date with my post in the UK whilst working around Asia. I will definitely use their services again. Very professional and helpful.

The thing that I value most about Expost is their reliability. I've never had the slightest problem with the forwarding of my UK mail - I just don't have to worry about this any more and it's a great weight off my mind. I have had Expost a few years now and I could not live without it’s services . It is indispensable to me . Five star service all the time . Quick responses never a delay. Huge thank you to Brodie and the team . Everyone is so friendly. Honestly no need to look any further everything you could ever need is at Expost . They offer an outpost service also as well as mail hold and scanning .
My favorite part is the personal touch for their clients . Expost go that extra mile to accommodate and help . Never a machine always a actual person that you speak to which is very rear these days. I will be with Expost for many years to come!
