Arrived completely damaged – looked like an AliExpress delivery
I would give zero stars if I could. The package I received via smartship.ie was in absolute states. The outer shipping box was torn open and heavily damaged, offering zero protection to what was inside. Because of their careless handling, my item arrived completely ruined. The entire parcel looked like a cheap, low-quality delivery straight off AliExpress, rather than a package handled by a professional local shipping company. Avoid them if you want your stuff to arrive in one piece.

Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Shipments were dispatched promptly and arrived on time, exactly as promised. What I appreciated most was the clear communication and the sense of reliability throughout the entire process.

Spectacular service
Spectacular service! First time using shipping forwarding services and Jevind and his team, in my opinion, went above and beyond with my package. They checked for the contents, ensuring no damage had occurred on the way to their warehouse, added took extra care to ensure my fragile contents arrived safely and swiftly.
Definitely recommend!

Easy forwarding from Ireland to UK
I wanted to buy an item online from the UK but the seller only shipped to Ireland. I was pleasantly surprised at the pricing when I found SmartShip as they were offering exactly what I needed.
I had a couple of queries that their support quickly answered and after sending the requested documents, my account was verified in under an hour.
I received notification that my parcel had arrived with the same day it was delivered and upon selecting and paying for my onward shipping, the package was on its way again. I'm seriously impressed that this can all be done within the same day as the item arriving.
No issues with customs or delivery, I will definitely be using this service again.

This company is the best forwarder I’ve used. The service they provided is outstanding. I had some issues with the website but they replied extremely quick on WhatsApp. Special thanks to Jevind and his hard working team. I’ve received my parcel one day earlier than expected which is a bonus. I highly recommend this company to anyone
