Very efficiently-run, with competent employees who go out of their way to help. Issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

I rent an office in the building at the corner of Preston and Beltline in north Dallas. The staff is friendly, building has had some upgrades over the last 8 months, and internet speed and phones work well. I had an ant problem in the summer which the staff took care of immediately and this office had a small leak from a heavy rain storm which they corrected in a few days. Pricing seems to be competitive. Hence the 4 stars.

I'm close to giving 5 stars. I really like how we've been treated so far.

Here's what I'd like to see improve:
1) clearer list of other Exec Workspace locations within DFW and nationwide (if there is an updated site, please let me know where).
2) ability to change the temperature in each office - we brought in blankets for our clients because sometimes it's so cold! I understand this might not be possible given the current design.
3) after hours use of meeting rooms first come first serve. We can't book after hours but the space is unused. We could tell you our needs and lock up after we're done so there's little to no risk on your part.

Never had a complaint about the workspace, it's clean, quiet and nice.

Overall the services provided by the staff are excellent. No issues or complaints in that area.

4 instead of 5 stars is because of the occasional building issues. Losing Power, losing A/C. I have not experienced this in any other office build I have worked in so even the first time was a surprise.

The other item I found troubling is when you changed the phone/Internet service provider. I used to be able to forward my office phone to my mobile number at no charge. With the swap in service providers this became a paid fee that I could not support. Just from the fact that I lost a benefit from working here was an unpleasant experience.

Both of my concerns are with building operations and not with staff that I see every day.

Staff is excellent, and very accommodating. I have been here for three years and have never had a problem - they are exactly what I need them to be.

Staff/Building Management is great, informative, and always helpful! Building is always clean and quiet. Value added services and accommodations such as the conference rooms and break room are wonderful perks. Very good neighborly atmosphere.

I have been at Executive Workspace since May of this year, and it has been great. Kristina and the staff are outstanding, and always ready to offer a cheerful helping hand when needed. The facilities were excellent when I arrived, and we are now in the midst of a remodeling that I'm sure will make them even more efficient and welcoming. I am especially impressed by the steps that Kristina and the company have taken to make this construction phase as painless as possible on the tenants.

The ladies in the office are wonderful, the only reservation I have with not rating five stars is that Executive Workspace can change your office location at any time during your lease at their discretion and sometimes the change is not as desirable as your original choice/placement.

Very friendly staff and a great location. Would give a five star except for the fact the receptionist is now serving a Dr.'s office in addition to the building - it's not how it was when I originally starting officing there, but no major issue - I just think it is not as professional in appearance.

EW has made a wonderful transition from previous management to present days. Staff at premises is very supportive and knowledgeable. Thanks for all!

The staff here is great! We have two offices and if we ever miss any mail or anything comes into our Fort Worth office we are promptly notified.
