High turn over of front desk often creates problems. We had excellent experience in the past but over the years, the quality of service has declined while the rent has gone up. It will be more helpful if we could keep our existing front desk staff happy so that we can keep them longer instead of learning to work with a new person after every few months.

Thus far we've enjoyed our office environment and looking forward to being here for a while. David

Great office space and a wonderful support staff!!!!

Getting a virtual office was one of the best business decisions we ever made. It is cost effective. We have a prestige address; use of facilities when we need it; efficient phone answering and mail forwarding. The staff is always top notch, professional and friendly. They stay on top of everything. I've had to use other facilities in the metroplex for meeting space as part of my agreement and have found similar experiences.

My rent has now increased twice over the past 12 months (2 6-month terms in a row). The reasons given both times was because the rent was below market. In other words it's not because prices increased it's because you can! To me that's arrogant. I work for a software company and if we did that we would be out of business. The overall service is just so so. It certainly hasn't improved since the two price increases. Air conditioning is turned off during the weekends more now than when it was last year. Coffee should be made first thing in the morning. Fruit basket should be served not only to the first floor but both floors. Lastly TV should play something more relevant than Home Channel. What's wrong with the news or a business channel.?

Was a little rough in the beginning. Sometimes no receptionist, guest wandering the halls, customers leaving because no sign... beginning to improve some.

Friendly, helpful, professional. Always greeted with a smile. This is my favorite place downtown! And the coffee... :) I love checking my mail!

We have been a tenant since March, 2017. The staff is easily accessible and very responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend EWS.

Great Staff, facility perfect

The previous & current staff goes BEYOND and handles things most likely out of their daily job requirements for me. I pay for someone to answer the phone and send a client to VM, but I get a caring person to answer the phone and act as part of my "business". Granted their limited on what they can do, but they always mix up my phone script depending on my location.

I've been very pleased overall. The Staff are pleasant and responsive.

My concerns:
1. I have had occasions when I needed to have a contact on the weekend while I was teaching a class but there is no after hours contact.

2. The a/c control in my office was never restored after the system was replaced. Having that thermostat was a major factor in taking this office. Since I work after hours being able to adjust the temperature is really important.

The facility is very nice overall; however the turnover within the staff has gotten exceptionally frustrating. Just when a new receptionist gets to know her job and the tenets, she is transferred to a new location.
