Just had a laser session with Ayla, who is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and gave me great advice. So happy to finally find good and trustworthy laser in south after some bad experiences.

Amazing as usual!
Zahra was super friendly as usual, made me feel very comfortable, and checked in on me throughout the treatment. She was also very informative when I had questions about other treatments. The ladies at the reception desk were also very accommodating and helpful, over the phone and in person.

Friendly, very patient staff
All staff are super friendly, but thanks to Eva I’m able to continue the sessions as she is incredibly patient, explains everything, and has great techniques to help me manage the pain. Thanks to her I bought more sessions and feel now less anxious about the appointments. This time she brought me a stress ball which really helped! I trust her, and am very happy with the results so far

Horrible experience
This is for the ES on Chiswick High Road.Absolutely inexperienced laser tech. I went to get my ears lasered and was sent to Gemma who literally cut my ear and went thru with the treatment and took no accountability. I am asking for a refund for all pending treatments and will not be returning. This was my 7th out of 10 th treatment and the management of this clinic has evidently changed for the worse. .

Sad to write this but think this should be known for the walthamstow brand
I have thought long and hard about writing this, but feel it's the right thing to do. I came to Everyskin for top ups from a previous laser hair removal company. The staff member I spoke to initially was really lovely and friendly. Since then, the staff members haven't been kind, welcoming or helpful. I've had 5 sessions and have noticed poor progress - pretty sure they're using a lower laser so I keep having to pay for more packages? They either try and push products/packages on you,and you decline, they turn very unfriendly - not nice given the fact sometimes you can be in a vulnerable position. It's a real shame because it's close to where I live so it's convenient but the poor customer service has put me right off....

“My first experience at Wandsworth Every Skin “
This was first visit to the Clinic and the wonderful experience started on my arrival at reception I was met by the Manager and her Team with a lovely warm and friendly greeting. The Manager gave me a leaflet on the treat I will receive today which was very helpful to manage my expectations - I got introduced to the team and it felt as if it was family and felt valued. The treatment received will be unforgettable- especially as the outcome looks amazing thank you my Therapist Leah. After the treatment I got compliments from the whole Team who made me feel on top of the world. I would highly recommend the Clinic to my friends and look forward to receiving many more treatments myself- Well done Wandsworth Every Skin❤️

The staff at the Chiswick store are always friendly, discreet, and welcoming, and the store is consistently immaculate. Ruta performed my treatment today and was kind, helpful, and informative throughout. It was an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Did a Skin pen mirconeedling treatment with Julie - she really explained the process and gave me great instructions for after care (super knowledgeable). It’s been 4 weeks and I absolutely love my results. Everyone has been commenting on how good my skin texture looks. So excited for my next sessions! Highly recommend Julie.

I had an appointment for hair removal today and unfortunately I was 10 minutes late, but they were still kind enough to see me. The girl who helped me was absolutely lovely, friendly, and incredibly accommodating.
I’m extremely happy with the service and the results. She was so professional, gentle, and clearly very skilled at what she does. You can really tell that she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
