This was my first time. And it was a very pleasant experience. It was bushra who was doing it for me and she was such a darling and she made the whole experience so comfortable. I would highly recommend. The staff are incredible and very welcoming.

Good, relaxed atmosphere. The lady I saw, Melanie, was very calm and attentive. She explained everything well to me and answered all my questions.

I had my laser hair removal appointment with Bushra at the Chiswick branch and I honestly couldn’t have felt more looked after. She is such a kind, warm and caring person. From the moment I met her, she made me feel completely at ease, and throughout the treatment she was so attentive to how I was feeling. It felt like she genuinely cared about making the experience as comfortable as possible for me.

Diana is so professional , detailed on what she does and knowledgable. I have had her 3 times in this clinic and she has been clear and very polite really friendly and makes you feel at ease .

They take your money before an appointment and they don’t do refunds and when you ask to speak to there manager they say she’s not in when she is scammers and there attitude is really annoying and they take a lot off money when the total is less they try to scam you so you have to pay more and the reseption lady talk to one another and they think it’s funny when someone is trying to resolve a problem worst experience

Taking people money whit out there consent even if they didn’t book an appointment. Because taking someone money for the rent is a no no so never book the trial because they will take your money and they don’t redound they don’t remove your card when you ask .

I've had three appointments of laser so far with Julia and have already noticed such a difference. Hair barely grows back in between sessions and I don't have any ingrowns like I used to. Julia is great :)
