Cancelling the subscription is very difficult and not at all straight forward. I thought I had cancelled but apparently not (no email chain whatsoever). No way to contact customer services to raise this issue. To say Im disappointed is an understatement.

Subscription Scam
I did not find the information provided helpful. So I decided to cancel my subscription. Surprise, surprise... I can no longer log into my account, thus unable to cancel before the end of the discounted trial. I have tried every option available, including contacting the email provided. So now I've been charged the full $29.99. I've been in contact with "support" and am still awaiting an answer.

Very easy to implement plans, and the timeline for which to expect certain behaviors and training to be completed.
It reinforced what I already knew to do, while giving me the tools to use to continue in my training and behavior sessions with my new puppies!
