I had an issue with my top oven door and got in touch with the support team. Lisa was not only extremely responsive and helpful, but managed to send an engineer out to me within a few days. The engineer himself was just the best - efficient, helpful and sorted the problem out within the hour. Could not recommend more highly!

First class customer after sales service - sorted out my Eco Settings with accuracy, politeness and alot of patience by phone. Faultless service! Thank you.

The service we received, directly from Everhot, was excellent. Communication by email & phone was supportive & extremely pleasant. The delivery chaps were careful, efficient & speedy - from arrival to installation & up and running, was less than an hour. Still relatively warm weather, for September, but with our new 90+ ticking away in the background, our can be chilly kitchen is delightfully warmed, even though we’ve not got everything on, or indeed at a high temperature. So far, so good & glad we’ve bought an Everhot, having ditched the oil fired nemesis of the Rayburn.

The customer service was brilliant. We inherited an everhot when we moved house. It must be over 20 years old. One trim around the induction stove became damaged and I really didn't think it would be possible to replace. However, one quick email and a photo later and a spare was on its way. Two days later it is fixed. I've been wondering how to mend it for over a year. Wish I'd got in touch sooner!

I had an electrical problem with the induction on my Everhot110i. I was so impressed with the communication from all the individuals I spoke to at the HQ. The engineer who attended was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and even noticed that one of my oven doors had dropped. That was also repaired. We had an issue with the hotplate of our Everhot and being unable to adjust it. From the first email requesting some help to the visit from their engineer (Chris) to resolve the issue - the service was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

At all times everyone I spoke to was friendly, informative and so responsive. From the first query to engineer visit our everhot was returned to its best in just a matter of days.

What a wonderful fantastic cooker we brought! We purchased a fully refurbished model, and honestly you would not know some else had ever used it. The team in the office were brilliant and very helpful. Delivery went without a hitch, and the cooker is great. Ofcourse it took a bit of getting used to that's to be expected. I've cooked on ranges before- but now I've had an Everhot - I'll never look back, a far superior product than others on the market. Loved getting a cook book and roasting tin aswell - great touch. Purchase and delivery was professional but lacked a full explanation of the wi-fi feature. It has been a steep learning curve.
The new Everhot is a replacement for a previous model which had given many years service and was still in good working order, but I wanted the upgraded wi-fi feature with auto clock for GMT/BST.

Kept me updated leading to delivery. Installation quick and efficient. Answered all our queries about the cooker

We bought an Everhot 100i a year ago from a very unhelpful store which will remain nameless how ever Everhot themselves are just FANTASTIC helpful kind and patient no problem is ever too big or small from having to move her at very short notice for building work to talking a very gormless ( me!) through turning hot plates on after cleaning. I can honestly say this the best item and customer service we have ever bought I was Aga mad but I am now 100% Everhot convert we love our Edie she has changed our lives and the support is wonderful .

We have also thoroughly enjoyed the Everhot Cooking Courses, which make you feel part of the extended Everhot family while sharing the joy of cooking together. I attended the Sourdough course with Sara and haven’t stopped baking bread since – I’m completely hooked! Sourdough cooked in the Everhot has now become a firm family favourite.

Let down by the parcel service I emailed Everhot to say no parcel had been delivered and they Immediately responded and our Order was received by Royal Mail the very next day! Totally impressed!! 🌟

Got our much longed for 100+ everhot in June, 5 months on and I don’t know what we used to do without one!

Most of our washing is dried over it, it heats our kitchen gently (we have no central heating in our old cottage) and delivers lovely moist food. It suits our lifestyle and the way we cook perfectly. No need for an electric kettle or toaster so much less cluttered. The gentle warmth has made a massive difference to our kitchen too. Slow cooked roasts, stocks and one pot dishes are just fabulous!

It probably wouldn’t suit those in a rush that like to cook with precise temperatures and timings but I don’t think you’d opt for a traditional style always on range if that was the case even if it has clever programming.

It’s possibly a little more expensive than expected due to us cooking and baking a lot (seems to have doubled our electricity bills having it on between 6am and 10pm) but we have heat we didn’t have before and haven’t used the tumble drier yet.

I love my Everhot. It does take some getting used to but it has made me a better cook and baker. Cooking times may be longer than with conventional / fan ovens, but it is much more forgiving - I’ve definitely had far fewer disasters! Only time I turn the top oven up a bit is for roasties and sourdough, otherwise I leave it be. I’ve got a 100i and love the flexibility of having the induction and plenty of space in the ovens for big meals such as Christmas; having the bottom oven as a slow cooker has been a game changer for me. Flexibility with the Eco timings is also brilliant. Almost best of all (apart from how the food tastes and how the cooker looks) is the superb customer service and the encouraging, helpful and entertaining wider Everhot online community.
