Unpredictable and slow
My sports club has used EV2 since late 2018. Initially service was good, with creative designs and reasonable turnaround times for kit (around 4-6 weeks). Cost was always a major plus point.
Since then, however, the service has plummeted. We have had numerous issues regarding colour, sizes and styles varying over the years, some more ridiculous than others, with lead times of 12 weeks on kit orders in 2021. Customer service is slow to respond and very frustrating.
As a club we'll be looking elsewhere in future.

Worst experience ever 16 week wait for my child's p.e kit for it to turn up wrong size missing items won't exchange for the items I have asked for staffs attitude is vile and the manger/owner Is no better definitely won't be using this company again

used EV2 for our football kit the ordering was simple and the sales rep was full of promises of a lead time between 4 - 6 weeks well week 6 over 2k down and told this would not be in production for at least another two weeks be aware the kit will not take 6 weeks

We used ev2 for the 1st time this year the quality of the product is exceptional, the the sales team are brilliant and always happy to help. We are so impressed we have stopped looking at other suppliers

Great service and Quality
We have purchased several football kits over last 4 seasons from EV2, mid-layers & tracksuits and all of top quality.
Fantastic communication from start to finish and great products we cannot recommend them highly enough.
