Item arrived damaged sent item back had no correspondence since or a refund yet still waiting weeks later

Still not delivered. Been currently held for over 2 weeks at customs waiting for the company to pay the import duties.

After returning my order, I am still waiting for the refund 24 days after they received the item - very poor returns service.

Came within the estimated shipping dates but I struggled to view the tracking, as there weren’t any updates to the postage.

Sceptical but wanted shoes in a non UK colour so took a chance. I’ve had 3 pairs of shoes now and the service has been good. Postage takes longer but obviously sourcing from outside UK. No extra customs charges. All good here!!

While the delivery took time it was a very easy process to place an order

Ordered an Osprey 40L Fairview Backpack in Winter Night Blue as a Christmas gift for my Girlfriend on 10/12/2025.

It was delivered on 19/12/2025, to the wrong address…

Despite my address being clearly on the “delivered package” photo, the house it was delivered to was not mine.

After trying to contact both the company and Aramex on the 19th informing them of this, they did not get back to me until the 30th. I appreciate it’s Christmas time, but it did mean I didn’t have a present to give to my partner.

It wasn’t until the 07/01/26 that they advised I needed to put the dispute to PayPal for a refund.

I have just been notified that they have refused the claim.

I am out of pocket $252.00 AUD right now, and am still without the present for my Girlfriend.

We have a trip planned in the near future, and the bag was supposed to be for that :(

Hoping they are able to resolve this issue soon.

cheap product was sceptical at first, but after a week product arrived can confirm was authentic. only thing i didnt like was the lack of shipping updates until arrival.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive in the 15day timeframe or in time for Christmas, however, my postage was refunded. Very pleased with the product ordered.

I ordered the item on 12th of December but did not receive it until the 29th of December - well beyond the 8-15 days for delivery stated and after the date stated in on-line discussion with the company which was the 27th. The person this gift was for had to leave the country on 28th, so did so without the gift (and had to use one of my rucsacs as her daypack) making it a waste of time and money.

I was initially sceptical regarding the authenticity of the goods purchased but upon receiving it, I was very pleased with the item. Delivery from HK to Malaysia was super fast too. Will definitely shop from here again!

オスプレイのウエストバッグが欲しくて、初めて利用させていもらいました。

日本で買うよりかなりお安くなっていたため、正直不安でしたが、商品購入直後から直ぐにメールでの返信があり、商品発送後からは追跡番号で都度荷物の確認出来るようになっている等、とても安心して買い物が出来ました。

因みに、購入から11日で届きました。

また機会があれば利用したいです。

Products are offered at lower prices than competitors. No problems at all with the order. Shipping does take a while, but this is very clearly advertised so it is not an issue (indicated 8-15 days, item arrived on day 8) - happy to wait for shipping when the price is so good.
