The quality of the jerseys are unbelievable, and the service couldnt have been any better, i asked swaz if they could have the order delivered by a certain date, which they not only met, but had it delivered 2 weeks before. Would definitely recommend!

Serieuze kwaliteit voor de prijs die je betaald. De teamshirts werden ook geleverd in professionele verpakkingen met daarop de info van het bijhorende shirt. Ook de maten kwamen goed overeen met wat op de website werd aangegeven. Overall: zeer goede levering!

The Shirt I’ve ordered came out absolutely stunning and how I wanted it. Am glad it came less than 3 weeks and will be great to wear when playing for my new club on a Sunday.

Affordable and well-made.

Extremely poor service from Swaz, ordered mid August and still no sign of any of my order. Looking at the previous review I could be waiting a fair bit longer!
If reading this and considering taking them on as your clubs team wear I would think again.

Shirt ordered 5th May 2025. I chased at the end of the month and was told it was at the final quality assurance phase.

Asked for an update in June and got no reply.

Chased in July. Received someone else's shirt instead of mine. Spoke to Swaz and returned it to them.

Chased them in August.

Chased them again in September. Received an email showing they'd raised it as an issue.

Chased them in October and was told it was dispatched the previous day and would be delivered that day.

No sign of it, chased them again.

Shirt arrived 7th October, 155 days after ordering.

I have never known such a shambles in my 59 years on this planet.

once again the good folks over at Swaz knocked it out the park, both shirts were amazing down to the last detail everything went as smooth as always this is the 4th shirt ive purchased ive not finished quite yet

Great company was worried at first using a new company but great service and quick turnaround. The quality of the strip was better than expected too! Thank you Swaz! Will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

Great experience, the kits look amazing. I was afraid the logo wouldn't appear as nice but it looks better than I expected. The logo is "part" of the fabric so it's stronger when you eventually wash your kit. Customer service was helpful as well.

Two shirts arrived today, and I couldn't be happier. The quality is fantastic. It did take a while for them to arrive (bang on 4 weeks), but these shirts are made bespoke and the website advises on these times. Just worth bearing in mind of you need them within a specific time.

The shirt was of good quality but missed a key customisation, which made it unfit for the required purpose.

When I raised this to the attention of the company I just got a standard reply “you did not ask for this customisation” when I sure did and the site just lost it somehow.

Wherever the problem is, I would expect a more helpful attitude to give a higher rating.
