I had a fantastic experience with Esimfox! The eSIM activation process was super quick and easy, and I was connected within minutes. The instructions were clear, and everything worked perfectly during my travels. The connection was stable, fast, and reliable, which made my trip stress-free. Customer support was also responsive and helpful when I had a question. Highly recommend Esimfox to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable travel data solution!

Durch meine Schwester bin ich in Kontakt mit ESIM in Kontakt gekommen. Uns wurde sofort geholfen und ich würde noch mal bei der Firma die ESIM buchen.

Ich habe für die VAE ein 10 GB Paket…

Ich habe für die VAE ein 10 GB Paket gebucht und ich konnte es nicht aktivieren. Das Kundencenter war nicht zu erreichen. Da ich das Internet dringend benötigte habe ich dann nochmals das Paket gekauft und das hat sich dann aktiviert. Das Kundencenter wollte dann nicht ein Paket stornieren. Es war dann nur möglich die 2 Mal 10 GB zu benutzen anstatt eine Erstattung zu bekommen. Raus geschmissenes Geld da ich keine 20 GB für 5 Tage benötigt habe.

Super zufrieden! Top Service

Habe hier bereits meine E-SIMs für Dubai, Shanghai und Bali gekauft. Hat alles problemlos funktioniert und der Support über WhatsApp funktioniert einwandfrei und die Mitarbeiter melden sich super schnell zurück. Vielen Dank, kaufe nur noch bei euch! ☺️
