The online experience was very easy and the Eshine LED lighting kit was exactly what I needed. Almost went with more expensive hardwired fixtures that would've required an electrician to install. This was the much better way to go. Thank you Eshine.

After reading the information on Eshine's website, I still lacked the confidence to order. Eshine's customer service told me what I would need to order and even provided clear diagrams to help me understand.

I was curious why Eshine specified the female-female splitters. It turns out that Eshine was saving me money. I had not taken into account all the parts that already come with the lights. So, I would have ordered parts that I did not need.

The lights proved quick and easy to install. Everything works great. And I have all the light I need. If I decide that I want more light, adding more lights to what I have is easy. I can just stick and plug in to what I have.

Made a purchase, didn't receive it any delivery updates or delivered status.
Was promptly and kindly issued a refund.
Definitely recommended and will definitely purchase from eshine again. Trustworthy and efficient, what more can you ask for.

After going through a lot of research on available under cabinet lighting systems, I ordered the eShine light strips. I really liked the option to turn the light on/off by waving the hand under it and to change light intensity by simply holding a hand under it for few seconds. Initially, by my own fault, I connected the power connection to the wrong end of the light, and naturally the light did not work. I emailed the customer service late at night and expected to receive a reply the next day at best. To my surprise, I received a reply email within a few minutes with detailed proper measure to correct the malfunction. I followed the simple instructions, and wow the light started working just fine. I want everyone to know that this light has the best design and functionality in the under-cabin lighting category and the customer service is great beyond expectation. Thank you eShine! My ordered item was stolen during delivery transport. I called eshine and chatted with consultant named Paul. He requested to upload a picture of the package and immediately issued a replacement. What great customer service from eshine!

Very quick response tp my request, and extremely courteous.

One of the 12" sensor lights I ordered was defective. Working with Paul in the service team, he quickly sent out a replacement. Couldn't be happier with my EShine lights, which work wonderfully under my kitchen cabinets. Very satisfied with my order and the professional service received.

I thought I had purchased a defective light. I would plug in the light to only have it come on constantly and not be motion controlled. I had it plugged into the wrong end. Once Paul suggested I plug in the other end it works perfectly. Customer service is above and beyond as the response times were prompt and thorough. I was and am excited to have a working light. Lesson learned - read the instructions.

I purchased the 12 pack puck lights and they are fantastic. They light up my shelving unit beautifully and the motion sensor makes it easy to turn on and dim. Price point is spot on. Customer service is A+. I will purchase again when I need more under cab lighting.

I purchase an LED light from Eshine through Amazon and I had a problem with it not staying on. I worked with Paul at Eshine directly on it. He replied to my emails very promptly and after asking me a few questions, decided to send be a replacement light. He was knowledgeable and professional. I'm very satisfied with Eshine's customer service and would recommend them to anyone.

I chatted with David and he answered every single question I had and helped me build the exact system I want.

I purchased the 3-light 12" strip with IR control. Beautiful, sleek, easy to install. Loved it so much I bought another. This one, I had my cabinet maker install in a custom room divider. The IR didn't work. So I contacted EShine (they have online chat so that was quick and easy) and they suggested several things to check. My cabinet guy installed it backwards. Quick fix and all is perfect!! Thanks EShine. Awesome product. Awesome service.

Just moved into a new house and it had no under cabinet lighting. I laid out my project but wasn't entirely sure of all the needed components. I sent an email to Eshine and Paul on the customer service team replied very quickly. Paul suggested that I send him a project sketch with my needs so he could review it. Paul looked at my bill of material and guided my purchases with his knowledge of what each kit contained. The next day later I placed my reasonably priced order and now wait anxiously for the "free" delivery. Thanks to Paul and Eshine for a great experience.

I purchased panels and ran into a problem with a broken sensor. I contacted support and they answered me quickly! It turned out I just connected the power supply incorrectly. Thanks for the quick and quality help!

This company was awesome to deal with. I "Built my own" lighting kit and it turned out beautifully! Very easy to install and work great! I highly recommend this to anyone!!
