Shipping was problematic and speaking to a "Live Representative" is not an option! I would rate the customer service experience by itself as a 2-star. The actual bed is a 4-star for my spouse and a 3-Star for me. It is to way to firm and the memory foam does not support your body weight...you sink in the bed are actually stuck in a impression of your body and you cannot roll over in the bed without assistance.

It was not easy getting what I wanted however product itself very easy setup should have included split queen mattress cover and sheet seems your company couldn't go wrong including the afore mentioned items with your split head mattresses as they are not readily available and lastly should have two remotes i am more or less OK with purchase

Everything was not damaged and on time .
All material was corrected and assembled right.

The quality and comfort of our split king (3100 Series with Comfort Hybrid mattresses) exceeded my hopes. The motors are super smooth and practically silent. Setup consisted of screwing in the legs and plugging in the power supply. Plus, I could literally buy THREE of these beds for the price of many of the other brands I was researching. The anti-snore setting has convinced my wife not to suffocate me in my sleep (well, not for snoring anyway). I was going to get checked for sleep apnea if this bed didn't work for the snoring, but (whew!) no need for that now. I'm a side sleeper, so I didn't think the tilt of the anti-snore would be usable for me, but I was WRONG. It is very (and I mean VERY) comfortable sIeeping on my side while in the anti-snore position. I really don't know what could be improved about the product... at any price. The only thing that remains to be seen is the durability, but after seeing and feeling how quiet, comfortable, and silent this bed is, I really don't think durability will be an issue. If you're on the fence about these E-Shine beds, hop off and order one!

I ordered a split king .... Not light 😂 .... Moreso, I think the one was refurbished or something .... The items were loose inside ... And two screws and some plastic like screw bumper fell out when moving into the bedroom. Also, there's a scratch/divot on one of the plastic parts connected to metal bars/frame, and that remote is cracked that prevents the battery backing from closing properly 😒

on the other (twin), a foot cap is missing, and there's a tear in the fabric part that practically goes through it .... Nothing seems problematic with the function of the bed but disappointed by the defects because of the cost paid 😞

Also, the remotes aren't identical... Are they supposed to be slightly different?

I never received my sheets and pillow cases.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
We only received 2 mattresses and one frame.
They keep telling us the 2nd frame was delivered.
It was not. I stayed home all day waiting.
Now they say it was delivered.
They keep repeating we need to check around bushes
It is a 100lb package and we are on the street
We have sent pictures and no response.
This has been a nightmare !!!
No actual human and they do not actually help when things go wrong

Most uncomfortable mattresses...we r in pain every night

This bed is everything they said it is and more! I have slept better and I don’t wake up with joint pain. I was able to put everything together by myself and it was very simple. The delivery was on time. I absolutely love my new split king!

Great affordable bed only problem I had is when I moved can’t find the mattress bar to keep the mattress from sliding ! No one offers a replacement part which is really aggravating !!!

The mattress doesn't spring back like it should and also slides off the edge of the frame

Update EshineSleep management has requested I keep the piece of garbage frames because they have done everything possible
Now they will not answer my request for a return and refund. This shows what type of a company they are I feel sorry for them.
Hopefully they will make things right!

My first purchase was great! Love the hybrid mattress and solid welded adjustable bed frame.
Unfortunately after a spine surgery I decided to purchase the second side of the split-king size bed. I ordered the exact same ordered as my first from EshineSleep website same buttons, everything exactly the same.
WELL NOT QUITE THE SAME. I received my second order and the mattress was the same but unfortunately the xl twin adjustable bed frame was not. After all my efforts of taking videos and taking so many pictures the manager or person I was working with on the messaging platform on EshineSleep website We found out that the manufacturing company has changed the entire frame without EshineSleep company knowledge of it happening. The new frame is far less quality and weak as hell shakes under just the weight of the mattress absolutely no stability, the frame is put together with nuts and bolts NOT WELDED like the previous frame.
I was asked if I would possibly accept the new frame because my other frame(the good one) is no longer in production. I kindly declined and have asked management how they would like to proceed forward with the return and refund of my purchase since it is not what I ordered and not what is advertised on EshineSleep.com.
I have NOT heard from any one from EshineSleep management since April 7th a week ago. So now what happens

Accurate representation of the mattress. Easy order placement, cost was very reasonable, and delivery was on time and came very quickly. Mattress was packaged well and simple to unpack and place. Single person job (Twin XL). So good in fact, I ordered two more mattresses. We have a medical facility and the beds were welcome after patients were dealing with hospital beds. These are comfortable and well made. Very satisfied.

Our bed was easy to order online and it was affordable. It arrived in two shipments but came within a reasonable time. The beds were tough to put together but I was out of town and only know what my boyfriend told me. I wish I had something for them to stay together because he moves a lot, his part moves with him. I guess I need to look to see if there’s something that can hold them together. Otherwise, they are comfortable. I was worried about them not being soft enough because I prefer soft, but I don’t think that will be a problem. The bed forms to my body.

I got the adjustable bedframe and the mattress. It has been a month and I love it.

I consistently use all three modes. Reading, zero gravity and no-snore. I wish I had discovered this product lot sooner.
