I happen to find EShine products website and found not only the website very interactive and informative, but also Amelia the Customer Service agent who answered all my questions via their on-line chat!

It was GREAT to find out that you can connect puck lights to any 12V bar system.

I purchased a number of their under cabinet LED lights. Had a problem with one and they very quickly resolved the issue. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. Thank you!

I was missing a power cord so I contacted their customer service. They sent me one right away and I received it quickly. Great job! I have many of their lights and will continue to buy them when needed.

I could not imagine better customer service. I had a problem with a transformer. I emailed them on a Saturday and they responded same day. We even continued on Sunday. They sent me a new one out to me right away. They are responsive and respectful. I am not affiliated with them in any way and this is my first order.

I ordered under cabinet LEDs. They are exactly as advertised, great price and fast shipping. I needed to contact their customer support via email with a question. They responded very fast, were professional and went out of their way to make sure my experience with EShine was a good one. Very impressed!

Extremely happy with the quality of our lights! Unfortunately our sensor would not work. Great customer service and very helpful. Anxiously awaiting our new light with sensor to replace one that was not working.

Great customer service!
We ordered 2 rechargeable lights and one was defective. I contacted Customer Support and immediately had someone assigned to the case (Amelia, who was great!) who ascertained the nature of the problem and sent us a replacement. So far, the lights stay charged longer than any others we've tried and the magnetic strip to hold them in place is very strong. Super happy with our purchase, and the service!

I needed help figuring out what accessories I needed and voltage. David helped me several times through the process. Product is rated well and service was very good.

Ameila was super helpful in assisting me with recommended lighting design and recommendations as to lighting requirements. I highly recommend her's and the company's service.

The customer service I've received from EShine has been some of the best I've experienced recently. After starting to apply some of the lights to my project I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the price seems very reasonable for what they deliver. My wave activated LED lighting wasn’t working but I emailed the company and the problem was solved quickly. It was a user error and now it’s working beautifully.

What can't I say about E-Shine, I loved the lights right out of the box and even more under the counter, very small cords you don't even know they are there. Loved them so much I brought some for my closet and motion activated one for under the sink. Let's talk about the service. The lights were still under warranty, (they come with a 3 year warranty). I had a few of the LED's on my 20" lights go out. I didn't notice them until I look under the cabinet. I contacted E-Shine on chat and David took care of me. He was very helpful and patient. He needed my order# and it took me a few hours to find it. Our chat took place at the end of the day, so the next morning David had responded and our chat continued throughout the day, since I'm not married to the computer. Within no time they were shipping new replacement lights. You can't put a price on customer service. I'm sold

After I placed my order I noticed several things wrong with it I immediately contacted Eshine and spoke with Amelia. She was heaven sent and got me taken care of and joined my 2 orders together along with correcting my lighting preference. I would highly recommend this company.
