We ordered a carrier online (didn’t check the reviews, our mistake as we would’ve seen many people who have had the same experience as us) on March 18th. Website says it will be dispatched 3-5 working days. We had no emails to say anything had been dispatched, we emailed customer service (says you’ll get a response in 24 hours, good luck!) no reply, we tried ringing well over 50 times, no answer. It’s finally arrived today (19th April) over a month late. We have been out of pocket for over a month without a product that was promised to be delivered within a week. Horrendous customer service. We are sending back immediately. We brought another one in the meantime as we were waiting so long with no updates. Oh and we’ve also just noticed we’ve been charged £7.99 postage and packaging when it says orders over £100 are free delivery.
Will actively be recommending people do NOT order from here.
Order arrived exactly as advertised following many weeks of waiting. Customer service needs improving but the products are good.
I think my experience is similar to all of the below... It feels like the company has a production/stock problem and instead of being transparent and refunding, they have decided to remain silent and pass their problem to their customers. I placed an order a month ago, I was supposed to take the gift with me to a baby shower abroad, but the item never arrived (still hasn't) their communication is slow and poor, meaning there is no real communication the telephone lines don't work and divert you to an email which they reply with a standardised email that says your product will be delivered in 2 weeks... which they don't. When trying to get a refund, you guessed it; NO RWPLY. I feel the company's stand is to deliver whenever the product is ready regardless of the delivery times advertised in their website. If you need a baby carrier I will strongly suggest to look for an alternative brand and AVOID placing an order here. In regards of the refund, I personally opened a dispute directly with my bank claiming the money back as the retailer has failed to deliver goods or process a refund.
UPDATE- It's been 10 days and I still have NOT heard back from this company. At this point honestly I don't think ANY product is worth the lack of customer service. I strongly encourage you to seek alternatives ... No words to describe the complete and utter disrespect of Ergobaby with it's customers.
Ordered a carrier on the 30th March and it's just arrived today (19th April). After not hearing anything for a week I sent an email asking when the item will be dispatched and got a reply a week later with tracking information. After reading the many poor reviews I was skeptical as to whether it would arrive & had started a dispute with PayPal. Reply times could be vastly improved but the communication I did receive was helpful.
The wait for my order to arrive was longer than expected (ordered 1st April, arrived 18th April 2024). Contacted customer service through social media, email and phone call. Phone call just took you to a german answer (I think), but they replied on social media and email explaining there was a delay but still didn't give a time frame. There was then a further delay with UPS when they had finally dispatched my order.
Lots of apologies from ergobaby but it did take a while to receive a reply. But I have now received my products and love them
Completely agree with other reviews, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a bouncer over a month ago and still haven’t received it and now getting no response to my multiple emails chasing my order. Also impossible to get through to them by phone! Avoid at all costs will never be purchasing from them again
Ordered a baby carrier several weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Impossible to get through to customer services (you sometimes get a non English voicemail) and have no idea if the sling will ever arrive. We've had to buy an alternative in the meantime and have no idea if we'll ever see our money from Ergobaby again. Incredibly disappointing and as such would avoid this brand going forward.
I have completely lost confidence in this brand. My order for a 360 carrier didn’t arrive in the 2-5 day window and the customer service team were so unhelpful. Finally they told me it had been delivered and quoted the address - it was not my address. Luckily I live in a small place where the neighbours actually brought it to us. I never received an email about dispatch or an email to say it had been delivered so if that hadn’t been the case I’d have lost the parcel and my money - over £100! I will never order from them again.
30 days and no carrier! Numerous chases to customer service and no resolution. They can’t give you a refund despite the order not even being packed.
I disputed through PayPal and got my money back and would urge others to do the same. I got an email yesterday (despite PayPal confirming my refund) saying the carrier has now been dispatched and arriving today… it has not arrived. So pleased I have my money back and don’t have to deal with this company again!

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible company! Ordered a baby carrier during their promotion where you order one over £100 and get a free new born Carrier. Have waited over 3 weeks for delivery, emailed and called customer services several times with no response. It is disgusting that they take your money and don't deliver the product or give any communication. I can't even get a refund as customer services don't reply. I have a new born baby and this is the last thing I want to have to deal with. My baby will be in school by the time it arrives!! Disgraceful.
Updated 30.04.24 - delivery finally arrived 6 weeks after order. Given an extra star for the quality of the products, however the underlying poor customer service and communication would stop me purchasing direct with them again.
I have older carriers from ErgoBaby which have been handed down to us, and we really like them but wanted an upgraded version, and so, like many others below, ordered with their promotion on 16th March, as of today (1 month later) carriers have not shipped and had the same generic email response others have had.
There is no way to cancel the order.
Our baby has now arrived and am now seeking to escalate the matter.
Absolutely awful company.
Ordered the carrier that was on the offer thinking we'd got an incredible deal and we very excited for it to arrive.... only for it to be "delayed" we waited and waited and waited, heard absolutely nothing from them, tried contacting them to no avail. Looks like we're going to have to claim our money back at this rate because I have no confidence that our order will arrive or that it even exists at this point. Abysmal.
Absolutely appalling experience. Placed order on 26 March and complete radio silence since. No communication no shipping no delivery. Also unable to contact them and they don't respond to emails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered baby carriers from them during their promotion (buy 1 carrier over 100pounds & get a free Embrace carrier). Never got my orders, been almost 3 weeks. Poor customer service - keep saying the same thing over and over but nothing gets resolved, still no package. Wasted money. The carriers aren’t cheap either! Wished I had bought from a different company instead. Scam company. Don’t order! You’ll just end up getting stressed and without the order you paid for. Not worth it.
This company is absolutely dismal no customer service I've given one star and that's too much. I have been waiting for my delivery since 9th of March 24 almost five weeks.

Do not order from this company! Doesn’t even deserve one star to be honest. I ordered on 10th March, money was taken next day and still no product. I keep getting automated emails saying shipping is delayed by 5 days but still nothing has been dispatched. Eventually, I got a reply from an Instagram story I replied to, saying their warehouse in Germany has experienced severe unexpected delays and the uk team are trying to contact the team in Germany. They also said their lack of replies is due to an inundated amount of customer queries. They then said they can’t issue refunds or cancel orders as the item has left the warehouse (it hasn’t according to tracking) so have to wait to get the item before returning and refunding. Their products are not cheap and I wish I had read these reviews before ordering and gone with the other brand I was considering.
I ordered a baby bouncer and baby carrier on 8 March. Despite numerous emails to Ergobaby, i have had no updates on where my order is, when I can expect to receive it or refund options. We are now in April, over 1 month since I placed the order. I am simply disgusted at the lack of customer service. They were very happy to take my money promptly and then have gone on to ignore me completely since.
This is outrageous and they should be reported to trading standards.
Happy to take the money but don’t send out your items AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
Honestly this company shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. More than happy to take money for items they never send out. Your baby carriers are some of the most expensive on the market, so the very least you can do is invest that money into getting yourselves decent customer service or maybe pay your dispatchers more money to do their jobs?
We ordered two carriers in March and all we have is 2 emails telling us 5 business days and they’ll be delivered. Incase you’ve forgotten Monday to Friday are classed as business days. Don’t take orders you can fulfill. Complete greed by yet another company.
