Ordered a £200+ high chair. Came snapped and broken. I emailed them. No response as of yet but they said it takes 7 days for a response? That’s ridiculous. You’ve sent me a broken item and I think it’s important for you to respond to me in a timely manner. They don’t accept phone calls either which is worrying. I’ve just seen these reviews and wish I read them before.
Honestly I’m so upset if I had known this company was this bad and didn’t care about there customers and they had a bad service like this I wouldn’t go near them I’ve ordered a long time ago I still haven’t received my items in due in two weeks what kind of heartless people are you I’m pregnant and the amount of stresss your putting me in after I emailed several times you don’t care I don’t understand how are these people even making sells if they treat there customers like crap customer service doesn’t even care about us and they don’t take us seriously I really do hope karma gets you guys back! Ordered a stroller to take on holiday, delivery was 7 days. At day 7 I contacted customer service to find out what was going on. Automatic email said there were delays. Slow response from customer service gave tracking details even though product was not dispatched. Product finally arrived but no longer needed as had returned from the holiday I needed it for.
Then I start the refund process… first issue I couldn’t request a refund as according to them the product hadn’t been sent. Slow conversation with customer services to resolve. Ergo baby now have the item but it takes 3 weeks to issue a refund, which is slow, but they can’t even achieve this. Months on and I’m still waiting for a refund.
Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else. The actual product is good!

Ordered two baby carriers and the order was extremely delayed, I thought I was scammed. I raised a PayPal dispute and asked them to cancel and refund my money, but it was ultimately denied as they provided a tracking number. I had to order a replacement carrier to use for a trip as it was well over a month before I received the items. Customer service was slow and had a foreign voicemail at times but I did eventually get responses over email. I returned the items as I was done with the stress of dealing with Ergobaby and didn’t trust them at all. The product itself was fine, just order it somewhere else like John Lewis not direct from Ergobaby.
I’ve been waiting for my carrier for over a month. I was told it would be sent a few weeks ago and still no sign of it. Customer service is now ghosting me. Wish I had checked TP before purchase as this seems to be the way this company operates - it seems like a scam really.
As most reviews already said... I strongly discourage anyone to buy from this company. I waited for a carrier for over a month and the customer service was terrible. I didn't receive any response to my emails until after I started leaving multiple bad comments on Facebook and Instagram. I was assured that my parcel would be despatched but it seems that what was happening in their warehouse was a mystery: I was never given an estimated date of despatch and I couldn't track my parcel once it had been despatched. As it was taking ages, I decided to buy the exact same carrier from Amazon and once my parcel from Ergobaby finally arrived, I sent it back for a refund. Once back in Germany, it was refused and sent back to me... I sent an email to enquire why but never received an answer. Simply an awful company and the worst experience I had so far from buying a product online.
The worst (lack of) customer service ever! I’m flabbergasted that they are still able to trade. We received our carrier a few weeks ago where we were frustrated to find that it was faulty, however we assumed that it would be a relatively straight forward exchange — boy were we wrong! We’ve sent emails, tried calling, even contacted them via Instagram, but all to no avail. I am still in shock that a company who has an industry leading reputation in this space can have so little regard for their customers. My advice to you would be to buy from a retailer rather than buying direct from Ergobaby, or to just buy a second hand carrier (which we’ve now ended up doing) via Facebook Market Place.
Update; it was delivered to a wrong address and the company cannot be held responsible. I’m docking one star for not receiving the tracking number or dispatch email. It seems I’m not the only one who has ordered something from this company and has not received it. Only wish I read the reviews before placing the order. Hopefully this will help someone else by deterring them from buying from this company.
Do not order from this company!! I thought it was just bad luck but going by the reviews here Ergobaby have the worst customer service of all time! I ordered a carrier 65 days ago and it has not arrived. Ergobaby refuse to issue me a refund and have stopped responding to my emails. The carrier was a gift for a baby that is now almost 2 months old. I’m appalled at how they treat their customers.
Ordered a carrier with an estimated week delivery. After a week no news, emailed to be told delay in dispatch. They refused to refund despite them not having the items to dispatch a week late. Items arrived around 4 weeks after purchase and many emails chasing. All emails took days for response. When trying to return the return portal wouldn’t work as it said no items were eligible. This took another week of emails to resolve. Finally sent items back. After two weeks I chase my refund to be told they had received it but it couldn’t be processed because of an error on their part and if I emailed them what I had returned then they could get the refund sorted. If I hadn’t of emailed again then what no refund? Who knows. Now just waiting the 3-5 days for the refund. Wish me luck!
In the meantime I ordered an ergo baby mini carrier off Amazon. Genuine item, 1/3 of the cost and better service all round
Ordered bouncer with free bar and carry bag 23rd March, still no items. Emailed a number of times and been sent ups tracking info for an address that is not even us so obviously someone else’s order! Virtually 6 weeks with no delivery. Started a claim today through PayPal as I have no faith in Ergobaby at all!!! Disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY is my best advice!!
Order arrived within the time frame they had advised given the shipping delays. I was nervous about ordering after reading other people’s reviews but my order was prompt and I love the products already.
Placed an order for a stroller almost a month a go. It has not been received yet. Poor customer service, no indication where it is, when I will receive it, or who I can speak to. No information regarding delays had been shared via the website or at check out. If this was the case, customers could have made an informed decision whether they wish to still proceed with an order.
I have been told information was shared on social media. I can confirm a post regarding delays was shared via IG on April 16. However, not all customers have access to social media, secondly, it is redundant sharing information on social media page and not the direct website where purchases are made. In addition, I purchased my item weeks before their warehouse delay and received an email confirmation it would take 5 working days. Therefore my purchase should not have been affected at all. Unsure why ergobaby are continuing to accept purchases via their website when they cannot fulfil existing deliveries or basic customer service. They are quite happy to continue to take money off customers but no products. AVOID!!!!
Ordered a carrier on 2nd April and it still hasn't arrived. I eventually managed to make contact with Ergobaby through their Instagram account and they have said it was dispatched on the 10th and I will receive a UPS email when it is on it's way. No contact since. I bought it for my newborn who is no longer a newborn now I've waited so long. Very bad communication and service.
I recently had an experience with Ergobaby's customer service regarding an order I placed. Unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory.
On April 7th, 2024, I placed an order for a baby carrier with Ergobaby. However, I've been experiencing ongoing significant delays in both processing and shipping. Despite receiving a transparent update from Ergobaby explaining the reasons for the delay, including a recent warehouse move and reduced shipping capacities, the lack of progress with the delivery tracking link was concerning.
Additionally, I found that Ergobaby needed to be contacted before they provided me with any information regarding the status of my order.
Upon contacting UPS, I was informed that Ergobaby needed to provide them with a Movement Reference Number (MRN) to proceed with the delivery. This indicates a breakdown in communication between Ergobaby and their shipping partners, causing further frustration and inconvenience for customers like myself.
As of April 28, 2024, I still have not received my order, despite the initial expectation of a 3-5 working day dispatch time, resulting in a wait time far exceeding the estimated timeframe.
While I appreciate Ergobaby's efforts to provide updates and apologize for the inconvenience, the lack of resolution to the issue and the need for repeated follow-ups to ensure timely delivery have left me disappointed with the overall customer service experience.
In conclusion, while Ergobaby offers quality products, their customer service needs improvement, particularly in ensuring effective communication with shipping partners and providing timely updates to customers without the need for repeated inquiries.
Seriously poor service. Ordered a strollerX at the start of April and still have not received it. It is so infuriating to be recieving marketing from them to buy their latest stroller when they're not sending out the orders they have!! They are taking on new orders when there are so many customers still waiting weeks. It's ridiculous.
I have had to chase and chase and the information I have finally gotten is rejected by the tracking company and that is all anyone is doing so I can only assume it's not turning up. This stroller was pricey and now I have to buy another and fight for a refund.
Will not be buying anything from them again

On 10th March I ordered a clip for my carrier, as one has broken, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I was originally told 10 working days. After chasing, they eventually told me on 12th April it hadn’t been sent yet and it could take another 10 days to send.
Sadly, spare parts aren’t available anywhere else so I’ve no option but to tolerate this circus I’m the vain hope my clip might turn up. Absolutely pathetic!
I would honestly give 0 stars if it was possible. We ordered a stroller 2, almost 3 weeks ago, I ordered directly from the brand thinking that was the best route to go down, but we were SO wrong. 3-5 days shipping has turned into questioning if it’ll ever turn up. I was told it was despatched on the 15th April via social media contact I had made because it had been a week and I’d heard nothing, no despatch email or anything, so that was over a week ago but UPS apparently still haven’t even received the order!! They SHOULD NOT be taking on orders when they are this back logged and incapable of fulfilling orders they already have. Absolutely awful management, awful communication. They don’t have time to respond to customers awaiting orders of £100+ but can post all over their Instagram stories promoting products that you’ll probably never even receive!!
Can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews first! Order on 8th April and have no product, nowhere to call and now jo responses to emails. Bought for a friend for her baby shower and we had to turn up with no gift!!!
I will never use again.
