I’ve ordered from Scandiborn probably 4/5 times now and every single time it has been super easy. The order has always been shipped out the same day I ordered it and the parcel usually arrives the next day, if not the day after. Would 100% reorder from here in the future for Little Dutch products which is what I’ve been getting. Can’t fault them so far.

I was gifted a voucher when I had just given birth. Being a new parent, and having had twins, that first year went past in a blur and I didn’t look at the voucher until recently. I went to use it and discovered it had expired after 1 year. I contacted scandiborn to explain the situation and ask if it could be extended. I got no understanding, no humanity. They refused to extend the expiry date of the voucher. It’s very upsetting as money has been spent and gone straight into their pockets. I asked why they had this policy of 1 year expiry on vouchers and got no proper explanation. It seems like a money making scheme taking advantage of busy parents. Very very upsetting.

We had a great experience with two items that we bought from there but what has been even more impressive is the quality of the customer service team. One of the items that we received as a Christmas gift developed a fault and they tirelessly contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement part. It took a while (no fault of theirs) but they actively kept me updated and secured the spare. Very grateful to them.

Having received a reply to my review, I’m still of the same opinion about this company’s customer service. Surely it’s more important to give longer after Christmas rather than before to allow returns?? By the time the festive period is over, it’s probably only 2 weeks to allow returns. Not acceptable. Nothing about your reply helps to modify my comments.

The chicken toy we ordered came with dirty patch marks, won't be able to gift it for Christmas even though we paid extra for next day delivery.
Pretty disappointing. Waiting to hear back from their customer service.

Never use, especially during holidays, bad customer service. Hidden "fine print" delivery timelines. They committed to delivery within 3-5 business days, 10 business days have passed and nothing is yet shipped, they blame the high volume they can't keep up. But also tell me that I should have paid extra for the faster delivery (which contradicts 100% with their no-capacity comment).
Even with the delay, they still refuse to prioritise my order and send it in a faster delivery.
Now I won't be able to take the delivery as I am travelling (15 days after the order time).

TERRIBLE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..I ORDERED a doll and pushchair buggy for my granddaughter sent the wrong doll and try telling there apparently customer service whose feedback to my issue was appalling never will.i shop here again.

Once again I have made another purchase with Scandiborn and I am super pleased with their pricing, the ease of ordering and their shipping/deliverey. I will be back!

Scandiborn have such a lovely curated selection of toys. Everything I've bought from there has always been great quality and well played with. Their shipping is always very quick too, which is handy with gifts!

Terrible customer service, was told my one item was delivered by there online system but it had not! I checked with neighbours and around ‘safe places’ near my home but no where to be seen.
Contacted costumer services only to be told to fill out there online form when I explained I couldn’t but all of the information the form was asking I had stated clearly in my initial email.
They continue to reenforce their online form but again I could not fill out the document.
Now they are ignoring my emails and I’m left without the item I ordered which I spent a long time saving for, which was intended to be a Christmas gift to my child, and the loss of money….

First time ordering and really happy! Ordered the little Dutch forest friends activity table (the place I usually use was out of stock). It arrived really quickly and in very good and protective packaging. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Absolutely awful customer service, i wanted to remove all items from my order as i had changed my mind. The webpage allowed me to do this however i later discovered 1 item was left and when i emailed the company they advised i would just need to return it.
However failed to mention i would have to pay for the return. So now i would have paid for delivery and shipping which makes the total refund less than half the value of them item.
I think it is scanadalous! They admit that the system does not allow you remove all items from the order (however this is not stipulated on their website) when i raised a complaint i recieved a bog standard response not addressing my complaint at all.
The advisor on the phone was very unprofessional and rude and continued to talk over me. Will never use this company again. Poor products poor service and absolute scam.
Correction the order had not already been dispatched this is a lie- please provide evidence that it had already been dispatched. Once again incorrect information! You also failed to address my complaint.

My little granddaughter lost one of the items from her doctors bag. Customer Service at Scandiborn were beyond helpful. They replied to my message almost immediately and kept me updated regarding what was happening with their supplier.
I received a replacement item within a matter of days. Thank you so much Scandiborn!

I ordered an item for my grandson from this company and when I hadn’t received it or any tracking information well over a week later, I contacted their customer services.
I received a prompt reply with a screen shot of a Royal Mail message saying they had attempted to deliver my parcel.
I had not received any information regarding this from Royal Mail but thanks to Nicola at Scandibørn, I was able to redirect my parcel to a local post office.
Great customer service and will use this company again. Shame on Royal Mail!

Awful customer service. We bought a Little Dutch balance bike for our daughter’s birthday. We followed the assembly instructions and the handlebar didn’t steer the wheel. When we tried to assemble it a second time, the front wheel came out of the frame. We have tried a number of times to reassemble the bike and each time the handlebar doesn’t steer the front wheel. Scandiborn refuse to help other than re-forwarding us the assembly instructions from Little Dutch. The bike is faulty and does not work and there is nothing Scandiborn are willing to do about it other than take our money. They have a refund for faulty items policy but do not seem to engage with it at all.

I ordered the Little Dutch kitchen in mint over a year ago and kept meaning to leave a review. The kitchen itself is lovely and has lasted really well even with regular use from my 3/4 and 5 year old. It has shown no sign of wear.
The customer service team were also lovely as I had ordered it late for my daughters birthday and they speeded up delivery so she would have it in time.

I ordered a few dolls and toaster for my daughters birthday. She was also bought the same doll by friends so I returned the one I ordered via rhe returns page online.
Return was taken to the inpost lockers. I tracked the parcel, it was delivered to them on 22nd July. I started chasing a week later and this is where things started to go wrong.
They eventually emailed back and told me they have recieved the parcel and would be in touch. A few more days later and they emailed to say the warehouse had not recieved what I posted but instead a jacket. I replied and advised this was incorrect as I had posted the doll, could they check with the inpost team re a mix up with parcels as this is the only explanation. We are now 6th August and I have still not had a response, they still have my money and my daughter is still without her birthday present. Very poor customer services.

First time using this company. I bought something recently for my grandson’s birthday. Unfortunately, DPD messed up the delivery by delivering a very expensive package to the wrong address!
I got in contact with Scandiborn’s customer service and their delivery partner Tenderleaf sent out a replacement immediately while opening up an investigation into what went wrong with DPD.
Exceptional customer service!
In this day and age of online shopping, I’m always wary trying out new companies but I have been very impressed with their handling of this issue.
The replacement was received within 24hrs of my making the complaint and just in time for my grandson’s 1st birthday! I shall be shopping with them again, especially when they have such lovely things on their website!
