Good lock -very secure and easy to use
Good lock, customer services were initially slow but once everything remotely was checked they visited and sorted out the issues, I would say they went well above what I expected, would recommend the lock to everyone, it’s easy to use and keeps the house fully secure, four stars because it took a while, I would like to see more from this company e.g. bifold door locks etc.

I am sorry that you have experienced an issue with your handle and the inconvenience caused.
In damp conditions, the fingerprint sensor is designed for water to run off it, however like most items, some water will remain. When this happens the sensor needs to be wiped, alongside your finger, and the sensor should then work.

I needed help to sort out a problem of my own making but was having difficulty resolving it.
I called the help desk and was pleased to speak to Kaush who was extremely helpful . He took time to lead me through the process and made sure the issue was sorted out.

Great Customer Service
I contacted ERA Protect because my 2-year-old alarm system had developed a couple of faults. I spoke to two different customer service agents on three separate occasions. Although it took a couple of weeks to sort out, my alarm system is again fully up and running. ERA Protect sent me two replacement sensors and an outdoor siren completely free of charge. Marvellous! A big shout out to John and Kaush. I am very pleased to recommend this company. Their alarm systems are competitively priced, easy to set up and the after sales service is brilliant.

Unless you're an IT whizz - don't buy
After nearly a week struggling to get it up and running, we're still without an alarm. Even when it says it's disarmed the alarm still goes off at random. Also it doesn't respond instantly to being turned off. It's a complete nightmare and, for us, it's been a total waste of money.

I'm pleased with my new alarm system
I'm pleased with my new alarm system, I did however struggle with the instructions for the product as they were printed in very light grey typeface, products appear well made, my only other gripe would be the courier company who gave me completely the wrong information, so not professional at all.

I have used this kit in the past but…
I have used this kit in the past but this time I have had nothing but problems the hub wasn’t activated before being sent out and all the window contact sticky pads fell off within 24hours the tape came off the pads

I am sorry that you experienced an issue with your alarm kit and the inconvenience caused.
Our hubs are normally ready to work as soon as they are connected to a router, and on occasion there is an issue, a factory reset will normally resolve the issue.
The 3M sticky pads are designed to be used on the majority of surfaces, as long as it has been cleaned, and dry before application. In the event this doesn't resolve the issue, they may need to be fitted with screws.
