Environet UK Recensioni

Really great service with extremely fast response times

I would definitely recommend Environet as a company, from my recent dealings with them. The work undertaken was the removal of running bamboo from our back garden, that we rather naïvely planted 20 years ago and which had run amok meanwhile, towards the house. All dealings with the Environet team, from the initial assessment to the admin team, to the lads that turned up on the day, were smooth, professional and efficient. Emails were concise and explanatory, and responses to my queries were immediate.

The lads who did the physical work slogged away over two days in appalling weather conditions (wind, rain, cold) but could be heard laughing and joking while they worked. I was kept informed at all stages and when the job was finished, they tidied up very nicely.
Five stars well deserved all round.

These guys get the job done professionally & efficiently and there’s no stress for the client.
I can’t recommend them highly enough.
It’s not a cheap process getting rid of bamboo but The Environet team do a great job.

We are so pleased that the bamboo has gone - Aiden and his team were lovely and we felt very confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. The survey beforehand was very helpful and informative and it's reassuring to know that they will be back to follow up. Thank you!

The guys managed to remove a 25 year old clump of bamboo from my garden and all the runners from my neighbours garden. They were very efficient and completed the job in less time than I anticipated. I was expecting there to be only two guys but in fact there were four. Well done and thank you.

i received a quick and very helpful response to a question I had about whether a plant was knotweed or not. Thankyou

From the start of the work (the initial quote) to the end (the removal of an entire bamboo screen growing within a couple of metres of my house), I found great reassurance with Environet. I know it's important to have bamboo removed responsibly (and completely) so I went to the experts, and they didn't let me down. They explained everything to me, and advised me on best steps forward. After a growth spurt in the bamboo over the summer (to about 15' high), they came and removed it all, including roots and rhizomes (with minimal disruption). I feel comfortable knowing this job has been done properly. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Great that it was so easy to find a company that gives out advice, about what can potentially be a bit alarming, ie; Japanese Knotweed.
Responded very quickly to my uploaded pics, with a probable identification and its treatment.
All for free - so will def donate on their Justgiving link. Many thanks.

The company answered my query about an invasive plant very efficiently and timely

Very professional service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend using them.

Very friendly and professional service to control spread of bamboo. Prompt and clear quotation, work carried out efficiently with minimum disruption.

WE HAD THE SURVEY FIRST AND VERY DETAILED REPORT AND ACTION PLAN . WE THEN REALISED WE WERE WITH THE RIGHT COMPANY FOR THE JOB. THE WORK WAS CARRIED OUT VERY PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY AND THE SITE LEFT VERY TIDY .ALL THE STAFF, SURVEYOR EMILY, WORK PLANNERS, AND THE SITE WORKERS, WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. AND VERY COOPERATIVE. VERY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING GEORGE THOMAS

Very thorough, the excavation process had a small digger come out to remove the roots, which will be followed by a poison treatment. Had no problems dealing with the company and everything went according to schedule. Very happy customer

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, the guys were great and did a wonderful job, giving me piece of mind that the job has been done to a high standard by people who really care about their customers, thank you

Very professional service communication around visit very timely and staff very helpful.

Environet were very supportive, attentive and clear in their communications throughout the process. William Joy in particular was very good to work with - he visited our flats to deal with the knotweed issue and was very diligent and caring in his role. He would regularly visit to ensure that the treatment plan Environet had set up was maintained and working correctly. I would highly recommend Will and the team. 9th June 2021 = date visited

From start to finish kept informed all the way. First class workmen. Would recommend.

Ceri and Vlad carried out the excavation at my property efficiently and with minimal disruption. I am very pleased with their work and with the smooth administration of the project.

Excellent service and quick and tidy workers. They went above and beyond to get the job done -
highly recommended.
