I would leave no stars if I could!
I don't tend to leave negative reviews, but I think this company deserves one. I've had the same experience as other people who have left reviews, and I wish I had seen these before buying from them.
Order items which stated in stock and dispatched within 5-7 days. 10 days go by still not dispatched, called up and was told "will be out by the end of the week" another 5 days pass, still not dispatched and I emailed to cancel order which was done all fairly quickly, "refund within 14 days" this was November 2025, still no refund, same excuses when chased up weekly,
"a temporary disruption in our payment processing system",
"scheduled to be release this week" followed by "I am personally monitoring this closely and will notify you immediately" which never happens & its myself chasing them up. They also hang up when I call the phone number for the accounts team.
Very poor customer service all round and will not be using or recommending these to any one!

Had stock items i wanted at competitive price, easy ordering system, good communication with order progress. Items shipped and delivered on time. And followed up by customer support phone call to check everything was ok.
Exactly as it should be.

Paid for goods in March 2025, that were supposed to be in stock. Goods didn't arrive but of course the money was taken! Chased and eventually cancelled the order, to which i would receive a full refund within 14 days. 10 months later and still no refund. Constant chasing, constant emailing (without response), and same excuses each time i do get to speak to someone. Legal action is now the only option.

Ordering was easy.
The price of the ventilation fan that I ordered was competetive against the bigger suppliers.
I received quick responses from their customer service team when there was a delay in shipment.
Shipment was quick upon EnrgTech's stock delivery.
I would have given 5 stars but I am giving 4 stars, as their website does not show an accurate estimated delivery date.

Parts readily available and dispatched swiftly

First time ordering with this company and very happy with my experience. Found it easy to talk to members of staff who were very helpful.

I ordered in Nov 2025 - item was out of stock and refund committed.

Refund was claimed to have failed - since then have tried to follow every 10 days and each time I get comments such that it is in queue.

No progress as of today on my refund of ~GBP 500

Based on the below reviews seems this is less of a one off incident but common practice - I advise avoiding this seller

UPDATE: 27 Feb => EnrgTech team responded to this and my email claiming a system issue, but still no refund

Found the part I needed and quick delivery.
Would use again

The response time when we purchased the item and the shipping time were excellent. The price was also good. However, the response when we asked about the completeness of the item or its specifications was less than satisfactory. Even my questions about the item I wanted to buy were never answered, either via online chat or email.

Great website, easy ordering fast delivery.

I paid 678.53 GBP for an item around March 2025. Which was supposed to be delivered within 15 days. It took longer, i contacted them and they told me item is out of stock and it will be available within two months. I waited another 3 months nothing. I contacted them again and they asked me it can take another 3 months. I requested refund, and waited for a month for refund to be proceed but again nothing. When i contacted them, they said they have some issue with refunding process and they want my bank details to wire transfer. I provided my bank details waited for another month and still nothing. I did email to (r.gecole, info, accounts, technical.support) and now its been almost a Year and they never refunded my amount. I do have all emails as proof. My order number is: PO19424.
