goods did not arrive order canceled but no refund

Date goods were due to arrive, was put back and put back and put back, rubbish emails making endless excuses, we spoke on the phone, in the end, we cancelled the order. They confirmed receipt of the cancellation and said a refund would be processed accordingly. This refund never ever materialised ~ our only solution was to do a chargeback with the credit card company. We do not recommend this company whatsoever, extremely dreadful service!!

Cancelled an order in June 2025 and had an email to say they would refund me within 14 days. After chasing several times, I'm still waiting for the money back now.
