AVOID!!

AVOID!!! Ordered parts which were in stock and was later told that they were not in stock and a refund would be issued. This is where it got tricky, every time we asked for the refund we would get an email which just looked generic but was very complicated but basically saying they were working on an issue and would pay when they could. We waited 8 weeks and after the same email time and time again we decided to get a chargeback as thankfully we paid on Credit Card. The bank refunded us so all sorted now but looking at reviews it seems they do this very often so I would definitely be avoiding at all costs.

STAY AWAY FROM ENRGTECH

BEWARE - SCAM

This is how they operate:

You place an order.
They send you an order acknowledgement (with no delivery date)
You don't receive your order so you email them every week to ask where it is.
They respond each time and say "It'll be with you by the end of next week".
Months pass and you still haven't received your order.
You cancel your order and request a full refund to your payment card. (Let your credit card company know you haven't received your goods.)
They offer a credit note. (Don't accept this, because why would you ever want to use them again?)
You are legally entitled to a full refund. Look up the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

This is where I am...still waiting for a refund!

Absolutely appalling service - avoid

Absolutely appalling service – avoid.

I ordered and paid for items that were never delivered. Despite this, the company is refusing to issue a refund and is instead trying to offer a “credit note”.

Why would I place another order after such a disastrous experience?

Customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive and unprofessional throughout. There has been no accountability and no genuine attempt to resolve the issue fairly.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this "company".

Ordered cable in November

Ordered cable in November. Chased in December to be told the item was out of stock. Waited until January and then cancelled order. A refund was promised but two months later I am still waiting. Every time I ask for an update I get the same excuse - the accounts system has a problem. How can a company run if its accounts system hasn't worked for two months? Reading the other reviews it is obvious that this company is a scam. I doubt that the ever provide anything and the positive reviews are all false.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I didn't get an ETA for delivery

I didn't get an ETA for delivery, and when I checked on the order confirmation, the only way to access this was by having an account with them.
There was no alert that the delivery date would be about two weeks after I ordered.

However, the team were very quick to reply to my inquiry about the delivery timeline.

The part I needed was easy to find on your website and exactly the same as my original one
Only one issue from the day I ordered it took 8 days to deliver it and as you charged £9 for delivery i think it should have been delivered within 2 working days of purchase

AVOID, items not in stock and won't refund. Having to contact Bank for a reverse charge.

AVOID. Item not in stock (see below) and company only offering THEIR store credit. I will report to the Bank for a Charge Back, which is a huge waste of my time.

Email from them saying this, which is just bizarre...

"We regret to inform you that Order XXXXXX has been cancelled due to a stock discrepancy on our system. Unfortunately, the item was either unavailable or incorrectly listed on our website at the time the order was placed."

You would think they would know if it is stock or a website issue, either way it's badly worded and you can't speak to their accounts and everytime I have emailed they just keep going back to the 'credit note' they have issued (credit nore is no use).

The business feels very off with the way they deal with things.

Edit: the Eid standard reply below, looks like they have been saying sane reply for a while. 0 response from their accounts and 0 refund.

Ordered an item which was paid in advance but we never received. "Nearly ready"; "despatched soon" when following up but never received anything. Finally came clean - they never had the item and the order "was cancelled and refund was issued". It was not. Then told under their terms and conditions they would issue a credit note instead. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!

Prepaid £16,473 – Two Years and Still No Refund!

We arranged a prepayment of £16,473 to Enrgtech in April 2024 for Order SOQ-3204 / MST029923. The order was only cancelled in October 2025—after more than a year—because the item was no longer in production. Nearly two years later, we STILL haven’t received our refund despite repeated reminders.

Credit notes or “alternative arrangements” were offered but refused—we are owed a full refund. This prolonged delay is unacceptable, unprofessional, and has caused serious project and financial issues on our side.

If you are considering prepaid orders with Enrgtech, be warned: refunds are not handled, and communication is poor. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID

Terrible experience - I made two separate orders 3 months ago now which were never dispatched. I called to initiate a refund for these orders and I was led down the garden path to believe they were going to refund me. They made it seem like some onerous ordeal to simply refund me my money and they did not do it. I had to raise a bank claim and luckily I have been able to retrieve one of my order totals thus far. Fingers crossed my bank can successfully intervene for the other order, albeit long story short avoid purchasing from here.
