Ordered 13 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. Checked account on website and says pending fulfilment. If you cant fill the order in a timely fashion don't take the order.

They were very knowledgeable about the sensors I was looking for and helped me find ones that met my specifications which were able to be delivered within a week.

The 3 stars due to lack of communications
The 3 stars are because I ordered an item that said ships in 1-2days and 10days later I get an email from Stephanie telling me that it wont ship out for another 7 days, so I ask why and many days later I still don't have a reason why and my account tells me that the order is still pending. I have ordered before and received my item quickly, so I'm still happy with the company and the items they have, just not with the communications.
