Your customer service told us they had our product in stock and when we placed the order and waited for it to come and it never showed up. We had to called multiple times to find out what the status of our orders was and found out it was not in stock. You did not even give us a courtesy call to let us know it was not in stock and on back order, we could have gone some where else to get the product. You held up our job because you were crooks and dishonest, you will never get our business again. Our company does not work with dishonest companies.

To purchase is fine.
To know how is my shipping is not good.
I had to call to know that. I think is enough a email.

Ordered parts that were "IN STOCK" at the mfg. on July 28th, 21. I had to email EnergyControl on August 10th. for a status update. The response came a day later that they needed to know more about the part and may not be able to guarantee the parts' accuracy...? ACI guarantees the accuracy, not EC. So then Stephanie tells me that the "IN STOCK" part is now backordered for 10 to 12 weeks, yeah right..... So, two weeks, no communication, their website is an absolute lie ( not unusual ). Bottom of the barrel supplier. Pay the extra at Kele.com and get real service and real expertise.

We found them online, ordered the part that we needed and it arrived in just a few days. Super easy.

In a time when supply chains are iffy at best, it is really nice that Energy Control did exactly what they said they would do shipped our order out on time. Thank you.

Ordered an item that said you had several hundred in stock and waited several days for shipment notification and tracking and have still never received anything. Horrible!

had to call to find out ETA of my order, received my tracking number an hour after my delivery had actually arrived !!
had written an email request for ETA a week before calling but was never given a response.

Ordered part, only to find out a day later that it was backordered. Understand that this day and age, things are tough to get but would have loved to have known at the time of ordering. Will wait to see how long it takes to get it before making my final judgement.
