VERY helpful staff , great service!

There was a motor that showed in stock when I placed the order then the next email I got showed the motor back ordered from the manufacturer for over 2 months away. That's terrible customer service and false advertising.

Parts were competitively priced, arrived in good shape and worked as promised.
I did have some trouble with shipping. Parts were said to be in stock and it took 2 weeks and 2 phone calls, that I was hung up on, and an email before my shipment was processed and sent out.
Once the my parts were shipped it only took a few days to arrive. Might try them again in the future.

We were sourcing a Control Valve with an Actuator. Energy Control was closed on News Years Eve. We left a message and received a phone call first AM on Monday. The parts were delivered on Wednesday Jan 5th... Thank You

The item(s) I purchased have yet to be shipped out to me. Purchase confirmation is dated 23 December 2021.

Component was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. We then had to reach out to be informed that they did not have the component in stock and that there is a back order at the factory. We have yet to receive the component which is understandable due to a factory issue. However waiting a week and not being sent any kind of update without reaching out is unacceptable.

Excellent service! And very quick engineering support when needed!

Regarding EnergyControl:
Excellent customer service. UPS mis-delivered my package and EC stepped in to investigate what happened. Issue was ultimately resolved. Much appreciation for them involving themselves in a matter that wasn't the issue of EC.

The AccRev Power Meter:
This power meter seems to be working just fine. At this time I cannot comment towards the long-term accuracy (kWh) of this power meter but upon initial observation it appears to be close to correct. I bought this unit as a trial device for an upcoming project. I am looking for a PQM that doesn't break the bank and is relatively accurate (+/- 1%). As of now this unit is paralleled alongside a Schweitzer Lab SEL-735 for comparison towards accuracy. I will re-evaluate after a month or so.

Haven't received my product no response back or phone call will not order anything from yall anymore

Been waiting over 2 weeks just for a tracking number! Starting to get concerned we will ever receive our $2000 purchase!

Quick turn around after order, received product within a week of ordering.

Product was listed as “in stock” when purchased no one contacted me in three days. I had to called and i was told it was 4 to 6 weeks delivery.

Ordering a VFD was simple enough online...after +7 days no shipping notification.

I am left to conclude when(if) item shows up I might be happy or it takes +weeks to move product out-the-door.

Other companies, I have dealt with are sincerely interested in repeat customers and are willing to ensure their "products are best", "used correctly and repeatedly" for market penetration and outstanding identification.

I believe you can do better and honestly rated 2 stars because my experience is only for: 1 online information and ordering 2. waiting.

The products are not "made" there, but the customer service is GREAT! AJ was very helpful when a vendor made and error. He called me back and got it fixed. And I am a small customer. Go Florida!!!
