I love you guys customer service but…

I love you guys customer service but how long it takes to ship an package is a little bit much and I wish the process would move faster but other than that you guys are great.

Online orders have zero communication…

Online orders have zero communication to the customer if the item/items are pending fulfillment nor is there lead times on that product.

I see where you placed this order via our webstore on 4/18. Our customer service team sent this to the manufacturer, and we were advised of a 6- week backorder on 4/21. Our customer service team leader reached out to you to explain the situation within 5 minutes of receiving the news from the manufacturer. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and we have requested that they expedite this, but there is no guarantee of this.

Our web team works hard to dynamically update lead times across roughly 100,000 products, and we rely on the latest information provided to us by the manufacturers. Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t always receive the information from the manufacturer until after we’ve placed the order.

The product we purchased showed an included Belimo actuator but the actuator was not included.

I’m sorry about the confusion. The part that you purchased is a retrofit kit for TACO zone valves and the image on the website is to illustrate the actuator that these are compatible with. I’d love to help you get the actuator you need, and our web team is working to clarify this on the web site. Lack of Communication

The items ordered were suppose to ship in 1 week. The order was placed 1 week ago from this review and it is still pending fulfillment. My credit card was charged for the items last week, but they have not even shipped yet! I have no idea what is going on with my order.

You implied that you had this part in stock and when we ordered it, you were not able to deliver it because "your vendor had a long lead time on them.

This is not funny in these messed up supply chain times.....

Unfortunately, we don’t always get updates on changing lead times, and this does create a lag in information sharing with you. Sorry, but I selected "poor" since I did expect for a product you sell to be available. I was told that there is a back-order for the product which I do understand. However, receiving an email 2 days after placing an order with notification of such back-order is "poor".

Fake advertising

Advertised item as in stock with 1-2 day shipping.
After 5 days item still not shipped - "They are checking with supplier".
They never had the item - False Advertising!!

Only purchasing again because they have what I need...

It's next to impossible to get a human being on the phone to assist with an order, availability, tracking information, etc. If you DO happen to get a human on the phone, they speak to you as if it's your fault that you don't know the order number (good luck getting copies of your invoices, too) and refuse to give tracking information when you receive an email saying your order has shipped.

Pro: Their prices are incredibly hard to beat.

Order 979-SO61255 paid but not shipped.

Ref order 979-SO61255 notified by email that the order was shipped and my credit card was charged. The tracking number 1ZV815840392582351 showed ‘label created’, but not ‘on the way’. I sent an email about this Mar 2, with no response except for this customer survey received 8-Mar. Due to the lack of a reply, I ordered the same item from a eBay seller for $85 on 2-Mar, and installed it 7-Mar. Customer was not happy that their air conditioner was down for 8 days.

EnergyControl - New customer

EnergyControl is an awesome website, with great customer service. I was getting replies back in a timely manor on emailed questions. The order process was very streamlined. The supply chain times are very difficult right now, I felt a little in the dark and uncertain with when we may receive these and how many was in stock before I placed my order. Both times I reached out regarding this I was given an answer when my order should be filled. From the time of "order" to EnergyControl "shipping" was 8 calendar days, 5-6 business days. Shipping was in 1-2 business days as advertised. Products are working great at this point.
