Fast delivery but not great customer service.
The purchasing and delivery times were excellent. I did call to clarify model numbers and did not receive a call back. Customer service may need a better plan to call people back when they said they would, but the item will work for what I needed and it was delivered a lot faster than expected.

Ordering was smooth, but the manufacturer sent the wrong product. EGT was quick to resolve the issue, and I appreciate the fast response as I had a deadline for the project and it was able to be met.
