Horrible Customer service
I emailed, waited one day with no response. I called and was told my inquiry on a ship date and tracking would be followed up on and I would be sent an email. It has been another 24 hours and I have not heard anything. I guess I will place another call

Spent 415 dollars for a e switch and…
Spent 415 dollars for a e switch and did not get the switch to hook it up. One would think for that cost it would have everything needed. Had to order the switch from you now spent another 45 bucks. very disappointing.
