I just wanted to tell you all thank you! Last Thursday at 2:50 PM EST I placed an order for 2-day shipping. When I received the confirmation I as panicked because I had to have the product by Monday, the 18th for a bid we were placing. I immediately called up and spoke with someone in customer service. I asked her when our order would ship since I placed it so late in the day and there was no option for overnight shipping. She said that we were right on the cut off but she would do what she could to make sure our order shipped that Thursday. Monday morning I received the an e-mail stating our order had shipped, no tracking number and a generic you will receive your order in 2 business days. I thought I was sunk. I had full intentions to call and get our tracking number after our weekly staff meeting but much to my surprise our order was delivered while I was in the meeting! Thank you so much for helping me out on such short notice and getting me the product I needed in a timely manner!

While I thought the item and shipping were a little overpriced, I ordered on a Tuesday evening and received my package on a Thursday morning - you can't beat that! The item was exactly what I needed and fits my IKEA desk perfectly. Definitely worth the extra bucks!

Packing materials were not sufficient to protect the file cabinet during shipping. There are at least 2 noticeable dents, one on the top right back corner and one at the left edge near the top drawer. In addition, 2 of the drawers had come off the glides. I was able to remount one, but the other is not working properly. There were no casters included, as was mentioned on-line. I am awaiting Empire Imports' response regarding making this right.

I had a hassle free transaction and my folders arrived within a week to my military APO address in Germany. Everything was as described.

I have been a customer and huge fan of the company's products and service for over 15 years now, along with variety of products and business services they keep adding each year. I first became acquainted with International office supplies after working in Europe for several years and grew accustomed to what they used. Binders and clear folders are used to "file" both active and inactive papera like we use hanging folders and manilla folders in a file cabinet. Over the years I've learned that doing business Internationally from the States using the correct format and sized documents for presentations and correspondence is just as important as learning their customs. Most of the World uses the A4 sized paper which is our verion of letter size. My clients were always impressed that we didn't overlook those details. Trust me when I say that that you will never find another company that comes anywhere close to Empire's vast selection and assortment of all the products and brands from A to Z at prices that fit any budget. Personally, my favorites are the 2 Ring Binders that can also accomodate our
Letter size paper, and the quality and feel of their 24 and 28 bond A4 paper!

Reasonably priced, I ordered size A5 paper which is rather hard to find on short notice. The paper was exactly as described.

I needed it in 2 days so paid extra for express shipping, they however noticed my address is within 1 day shipping via the standard method so they credited my express shipping charges, how nice!!

I was glad to find Empire Imports as a source for our A4 needs. I ordered paper and a hole punch, all of which arrived in a timely manner and properly packaged. I would recommend Empire Imports.

Have ordered a A4-2 hole punch, what was net about 29 USD. Delivered to Canada UPS ask me another 56 CAD just for taxes and fees. The solution was, that empire imports has passed and signed on the customs document to UPS a value of 95 USD on what taxes and fees had been calculated then. Complains about it were rejected by Empire Imports. It needed my own inquiry to find out, what the issue was and resolved it on my own in the end. Even after I passed the reason and evidences for the issue to Empire Imports, they never had even the decency to apologize for all this trouble. Things can go wrong, but at least try to correct it. I would not recommend Empire Imports.

Orders are shipped on time and if something is on back order it is communicated immediately.

Who knew there is a store that specializes in European paper sizes. Ordering on their site was clear & understandable. Product arrived as described and as promised.

I purchased a bunch of Leitz binders from Empire Imports. They were shipped quickly and we are very happy with the product. I appreciated the follow up from Empire to make sure everything was satisfactory.

We ordered the 4A Binders for use in our coin collection display. The quality exceeds our expectations. Kudos Empire.
