Ordered some rings when they we're having a $20 ring sale and received 2 free gifts. I accidentally picked the wrong size for one of the rings and Sol was able to replace it with the right size despite it being a last minute request. Package arrived in a timely fashion and some of my favorite pieces have come from this company. Highly recommend!

Ring has a great design, is sturdy, and Is incredibly affordable considering the quality.

My package was stolen because the delivery company left it at the lobby without even calling. I was home all day. Very distasteful and u wouldn’t recommend eluzo to anyone!

Doesn’t give a clear delivery date,terrible delivery output,has stated to take 6-8 work days and I’ve waited almost 8 and I haven’t even gotten updates on my order.

I ordered 3 rings and one of them was missing because i got another ring i never ordered. I have asked for them to send the ring i ordered and still haven’t received an answer.

SCAMMER ALERT: I have ordered a 19cm Merlot bracelet from here. When the bracelet arrived it was not fitting my wrist at all, so I have measured the bracelet and it was actually 17cm. I sent an email to the customer support with the photo that they have sent me the wrong size, but I didn't receive any reply at all from the customer support. So my money is gone and the customer support doesn't exist. Simply avoid this company.

When I first received the package, I was happily surprised with the quality of the items I had ordered. However, as they did not fit, I sent them in to get them resized. It has now been over three weeks since my initial email, two weeks since I sent in the package, and a week since it was delivered to their facility. I have sent in multiple emails from different emails and tried contacting customer support. I have not received any information, so not only do they have my items, but they also have my money, and I have not received even a single email. Decent quality, but it does not make up for the poor customer service. I am submitting this review in the hope that someone sees it.

I purchased 3 rings and a bracelet from Eluzo and I have to say that the quality is unmatched and the price is great. Not only that, I had gotten the wrong size for 2 of the rings, so I used their customer support. The responses were very quick and I was able to get my rings replaced. Overall amazing company.

I still have not received my piece after a week.

Love my pieces! Good design. Sturdy. Really affordable for how nice it looks. You’ll pay at least twice as much for a similar quality. Customer service is speedy and helpful. They want you to love their product - you can tell they are invested in their customers.
