Excellent service

Excellent service , good products is reasonable price and i miss my free bracelet at checkout when I am purchasing but that guy helped and added by themselves before delivery, no any questions asked just one mail i send and that guy added for me .
Overall best service and great products.

I never received my order

I never received my order! It’s been more than 3 weeks tracking is not reliable said it’s sitting in ny,ny for 5 days. Will not be ordering from you again

Bad customer service, could not help at all

Basically sent the rings in the wrong size, customer service took a while to respond and had to send multiple emails for follow up. When they did respond basically told me to return the rings by myself. Went to my local courier and they said shipping will cost over double of what i paid for the rings and that most companies should provide a shipping label for returns. Contacted them again and they basically said sorry there's nothing we can do. Rings are fine but compared to other companies I've bought from, the subpar customer service really puts a bad taste in your mouth.

We’d like to clarify a few things to help bring transparency to the situation. Our support team responded in a timely manner, and we always do our best to help every customer based on the specific issue. In this case, the rings were shipped in the sizes selected during checkout — we didn’t receive any indication that the wrong sizes were sent by mistake.

If there had been an error on our end, we would have immediately asked for photos showing the ring measurements so we could escalate the issue to our warehouse team and take responsibility with a replacement or refund. That process is in place to make sure any mistakes are resolved properly.

That said, we do understand your frustration about return shipping costs. At the moment, our return policy does not include pre-paid labels for size-related returns, but we’re actively working to improve that in the near future.

If we made a mistake on our end and sent the wrong sizes, we’d absolutely take full responsibility and send free replacements immediately.

To verify this, we kindly ask you to send us photos of both rings next to a ruler or ring sizer, clearly showing their inner diameters. This will help us confirm if there was a sizing error on our part and allow us to ship the correct sizes right away, free of charge.

Very well designed rings!

I bought 3 different rings, I have to say, they look and feel like quality! I love the style of these, especially ‘Mafioso’. Shipping felt nice and quick, no damage to any of the items.

Bad quality

I had to wait longer to receive my order than the bracelet was in good condition. In less than a week, the clasp was damaged. A terrible experience on that front. With the rings, everything was fine.

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I…

The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever dealt with. I have dates of the email trail, for proof, not that it really matters.

Long story below for those that want to read on.

I ordered a pair of rings early march. They arrived, but they were a size to big. All good, I write them to exchange it for a smaller size, and they get back to me promptly.

Since then, I have had to spend the last few weeks chasing them around in order to get updates.

They told me that my email landed up in their spam, and so they were going to waive the exchange fee due to the delay.

Finally after two more weeks of chasing them, wondering whether they have received my updated order, and whether or not they plan to ship it, I finally receive an email back saying they have got my order and are expediting the shipping.

Another week passes by, and nothing, so I follow up again. Now they send me an invoice for the exchange fee saying that they won't ship it until that's done so I show them the email that THEY SENT ME saying they were to waive the exchange fee.

This was 5 days ago.

I haven't heard anything back.

Haven't received my rings, or my money back.

Rings might be good, but nothing is worse this. AWFUL company, I'd avoid buying from here at all costs

Very good

While it took some time to deliver, it was from overseas so I expected this. The tracking system was updated regularly regardless.
I stupidly ordered the rings too big and by no fault but my own! Given it was a sale item I cannot return and I cannot afford to buy more, but the quality of the rings themselves are absolutely beautiful. Very very good. I would definitely recommend shopping here

I never received it

I never received it. I checked tracking and it was sitting on the south side of Chicago when i live far North. Not understanding why it takes over 2 weeks to ship a ring

China Quality And Bad Return Policy

I've ordered a bracelet and a ring. These products were shipped from China and I've waited almost two weeks for it to arrive. I live in Europe, so maybe that's why it took so long so I've got peace with that. Secondly the jewelry came in a small, unprofessional looking box and the ring was slightly damaged. Lastly, I wanted to return the jewelry, but didn't got some code to ship it back. After contact with Sol, I got a address in Canada to ship it to. Nice, 22 euro. Didn't ship it back because of the large shipping price and was scared to not getting the money back. Never gonna buy something here ever! Just go to a local store! I've made the mistake, don't you do the same :):

It's a scam, don’t buy it!

It's a scam. It says that the products are of very good quality from Canada, and if you search for the same image of the ring on the internet, you'll find the same one on AliExpress (China). It says that the product will arrive in 4 to 8 business days, but that's a lie. It's been two weeks and it still hasn't arrived. In conclusion, a SCAM!
