The delivery took 10 days. Very understandable it was not in my location. The quality speaks for it self. Well designed and very high quality for real. The bracelet sit pretty well and shows real quality. I like them

Overall experience wasn’t the greatest. What drew me into trying this site out was their deals, more specifically, the “buy 3 rings, get a free chain” deal. I ended up opting for this deal, however I did not end up receiving all of my rings. Only two of the arrived in the box, along with the free bracelet. Like the other reviews have been saying, the shipping takes a while and you get almost no updates. Contacted them, and waiting to hear back, hopefully I can get the ring I payed for, but can updated on if this problem actually gets resolved.

I haven’t received my jewelry and it’s been almost two weeks since I’ve ordered it. The only time I was given my tracking information was after I emailed them and I’m still waiting for my jewelry

the only reason this isn't a one star is because they deliver, but that doesn't mean anything. I've bought from them before and they take a bare MINIMUM of a month to ship, and I would be fine with those times- if it weren't for the fact that they don't even make their own rings; sourced straight from China and even shipped from there. I've bought from them again, and unsurprisingly, it's been the same experience; except this time, it's taken over a month just to even ship to my country - Canada. If you're searching for rings, genuinely just buy local, if you want to buy some online, I recommend 'Clout'.

Eluzo customer service got in touch and let me know things were on their way. Order arrived at the start of this week and I'm impressed at the quality. Very happy, and feel a bit guilty that I was snarky earlier.

I still haven’t received the order. The tracking says it’s been out for delivery twice now but nothing delivered. It’s been over two weeks.

Buying process was simple and easy. Items arrived quick. Items were good quality. I would buy from them again in the future.

I still have not received my order. Each time I check the tracking it actually says a few more days than previously.
So far it is still sitting in China!
I have no idea what the quality of the product is but I won’t likely order from them again unless there is some profound improvement in customer service or incentive.

I ordered 2 rings from Eluzo 6 months back. Gotta say they been holding up incredibly well and still look brand new. You can tell that these rings are made with amazing quality and the fact that there is warranty for life just shows that they are incredibly confident in their products. Very unique designs. The rings are durable(I wear them to the gym and thy don’t get scuff marks) Easy to clean and I always get compliments on these simple, sleek pieces.

I ordered a couple rings to be giving as a Christmas present. During my check out it showed that it would arrive before Christmas.

Also, you can't call them to get an answer, the only way to reach somebody is to email. They hide behind emails so they dont have to speak with the customer.

I will never buy anything from them again.

I ordered September…. It’s December and I still haven’t received anything. The tracking app has said for 3 months it’s in Chicago. I’ve gotten one email in October reassuring me it should be arriving soon, yet nothing has changed. I voiced my concerns a couple of days ago in an email and have gotten no response. It’s not worth it
