This is a proper scam company. The item ordered on 26 June 2026 has not arrived. The track record only shows that the label was created. The IA generated replies to my emails were strangly abrupt. They even said that if I am not happy with the packaging I could sent the packaging back. My pointing that I did not received the item and have a proof in a form of a track record remained unanswered. What is more, all their replies have dissapeared. Stay away !

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My order from 3 months ago has still not been delivered, they have stopped replying to my emails and the phone number on their page doesn’t even work

Absolutely terrible. I payed £69 for the cheapest looking sweatshirt ever, it’s basically nylon and revolting

When I requested a return due to the product being completely different to their listing, they wouldn’t cover the cost of postage.

Avoid at all costs.

Item I received was from a Chinese company not a London based one as I’d expected. The material was cheap shit. The pattern didn’t even look the same. Requested a full refund as soon as I saw it.

I ordered a dress for an important occasion it didn’t arrive and 2 months later still hasn’t despite me calling them their number doesn’t work I’ve sent numerous emails and they’re very surface level not really answering my questions the tracking number doesn’t work it’s a scam do not order here !!!

Hi, I placed my trouser order on 6 July, and it has now been over a month without receiving my order or any meaningful tracking update.

I contacted the staff members last week, and I was told that my order would arrive this week. However, there has still been no update or delivery, which is becoming very concerning and is making me question whether this order is legitimate.

I have also requested a refund, but my request was refused. As the order has already been significantly delayed, mo one either provide me with a valid tracking update and a confirmed delivery date, or issue me a full refund.

Don’t buy clothes from this store , it’s a scam

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice.

I ordered an item from Ellmont London based on the photographs and description on their website. Unfortunately, what arrived was significantly different from what was advertised. The neckline was different, the garment had a very different overall appearance, and the quality and material were extremely disappointing for the price paid. It also arrived without any swing tags or labels.

When I contacted the company to request a return and refund, rather than simply arranging the return, they offered me a series of alternatives — initially 15% off, then 30% off if I kept the item, or a 60% gift card. I declined these and continued to request a full refund.

They eventually confirmed in writing that they would accept the return and issue a full refund once the item was received. However, I was told that I would have to return the item to the Netherlands at my own expense.

I took the parcel to the Post Office to find out the cost. I was quoted approximately £15 for tracked postage, plus approximately £15 in customs/duty charges — around £30 simply to return an item that I believe is not as described.

I asked the company to provide a prepaid return label or confirm that they would reimburse these costs. Instead, I received repeated, generic responses telling me that return postage was my responsibility, without properly addressing the points I had raised.

I have now provided all of my photographs, correspondence, order information and return documentation to my bank and asked them to investigate the transaction.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. In my opinion, the product I received did not reflect what was advertised, and the return process has been unnecessarily difficult and expensive.

Based on my experience, I would advise other UK customers to avoid this company and be particularly careful about the potential cost of returning goods internationally.

I will update this review if and when the matter is resolved.

Proper scam site, I really wish I’d seen all the reviews first. They added items and extra charges that didn’t appear in my basket, only appeared AFTER my payment had been processed. They are useless on email and despite having a cancellation policy they won’t actually initiate a cancellation .

Steer clear. It's been 3 weeks and I havent received the item nor has there been any update at all. Just ridiculous.

Honestly so bad. Makes you believe it da luxury company with expensive items being discounted and pictures that look impressive. Shipped from China, quality is awful and getting any form of refund was impossible. Not only was the dress horrible, it was too big and their contact service was atrocious. I ended up getting 30% refund on my item, and even that was difficult to get. Don’t do it!

Utter waste of my time money and effort.
Infuriating trying to deal with them ( 5 weeks - no delivery) They do respond with AI generated placating emails
(more rage-bait). In the end I approached my bank for a charge back.
( HSBc) who couldn’t have been more helpful.
This company is a Scam-Merchant plain and simple.

I ordered an item, money taken, but I have not heard anything at all since. No reply to emails and the phone number that they supply is not recognised.
I would not even give them 1 star.
Other than writing to an address in the Netherlands, I am at a loss as to what to do.

If I could leave no stars I would. I made the mistake of ordering from this company without checking the reviews. I assumed they were indeed from London but soon discovered after placing the order and it not arriving or even dispatched in the timeframe they specified that it was indeed coming from China. When it did eventually arrive, it wasn’t the dress that was ordered and was of the poorest cheapest quality. It was ordered to be worn to a wedding for which it did not arrive in time for and I’m now trying to get a refund from the company. Avoid this company at all cost.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 2 x T-shirts at £25 each, believing they were from a London based company. Took 3 weeks to arrive as actually came from China, via the Netherlands, then to Feltham. Dreadful quality and finish.

Took 3 emails to return as each time I asked for return details was offered alternatives and discounts.

Returned today at a cost of £32.58 - £14.95 postage and £16.63 duty.

Report to Trading Standards. Misleading the consumer.

Dreadful experience and lesson to self to check on companies before purchase. Long delivery time (as item was made in Asia), wrong size and inferior quality material.
Asked for an address to return the item and was told I could keep it, purchase another and additional cost to purchase price was £14+ for delivery.
Subsequent attempts met with silence.
Going back to credit card with chargeback request. I suspect I will lose out as the firm, despite calling itself Ellmore London, is based in the Netherlands.

Please avoid.

the pictures are different from actual goods received. cannot return because they say goods are ordered from foreign warehouse. terrible company not the way to run a business.

Awful company. Awful quality clothing and the products don’t even look like the photos on the website. I wish I’d read reviews before ordering.

I bought a two-piece for a holiday and it arrived when I got back! In my latest email I’ve quoted the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (thanks Claude) but from reading other reviews, I doubt it will make a difference.

Avoid Ellmont ‘London’ at all costs!

Received an item that did match the one advertised. Several emails later still trying to arrange a refund / return.

The received shirt was shockingly poor quality and not like the one pictured. Certainly does not feel or look like linen. Did not even have a fibre composition label in it so not convinced its legal for sale.

Poor quality unclear return policy. Overpriced. Avoid this company. Website is totally misleading. Thieves !
