Elliotts Estate Agents were so thorough at finding our tenant and made the whole process of letting so easy. In particular Steve went above and beyond in supplying everything I needed to know before the tenancy started and a year later when the tenancy finished. Now we are back using Elliotts for the sale of our apartment, everything is communicated well and very professionally. I would not look anywhere else when renting, buying or selling a property in Brighton and Hove.

Absolutely everyone at Elliotts has been fantastic at helping me to prepare for letting my property and they have been patient and taken their time to find the most suitable tenants. It's not surprising that they have over 300 Five Star ratings!! I had a great Agent last time I rented out another property for over 10 years but Elliotts have surpassed them. Don't go anywhere else!

I worked with Steve and the team at Elliotts to find a Tennant for my flat; the whole team were great throughout the entire process, answered every question I had as a first time landlord, and kept me and the Tennant up to date with everything we needed to know. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property, or to find a property to rent!

Once I’d found the perfect flat, the super charming Sally ensured that my purchase went through without a hitch. Not only did she answer my queries promptly she would telephone regularly to keep me updated. What a joy in these days when chasing emails up repeatedly has become the new normal.
More than this she was in regular communication with buyers and solicitors and basically ‘ kept the wheels oiled’

Steve was very honest and realistic with his advice from the start, which I really appreciated. The property was marketed well and attracted genuine interest fairly quickly.

Once a buyer was found, Ben was excellent in helping manage the process through to completion. Communication was always clear and prompt, and he did a great job keeping things moving when the usual bumps in the process appeared.

I have been looking for a place that I can call home
I have started my search in February 2025 and from that date I might have had 10 viewings.
I had one flat that failed through, essentially because of a state agency who honestly did not care too much about me, asking too many questions ( probably the ones that I should not have asked!)
Then , I viewed a flat that I really like and Elliotts came along and their attitude was completely different of the other agents!
Ben was very professional, explaining the process of buying a studio flat very carefully
I recommend them 100%, I had the key before Christmas and yes, definitely, it would be the first people I contact again if needed more advice !

I recently sold my central Hove flat with Elliotts and they did an amazing job. Steve provided a realistic valuation taking into consideration market conditions which were very tough and also listened to my needs and requirements. They got me many many viewings and I received weekly update calls from Steve so I was always aware of how things were going. I’ve dealt with many Estate Agents over the last 4 years and they all have faults in different areas but Elliotts i have to say are absolutely brilliant! And i was buying through them - I should have instructed them for my sale as well!
