Extremely Poor Service – Order Never Received
I placed an order with Ellenvale Interiors which was never received. What has been even more disappointing than the missing order is the way their customer service team has handled the situation.
Instead of taking responsibility or investigating properly, I was spoken to in an extremely condescending manner and even asked whether I had contacted the police about the missing order — an absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate suggestion. Emails are rarely responded to, nothing is actioned, and there has been no meaningful attempt to resolve the issue.
I am really upset by this situation — I am out of pocket and I genuinely wanted the products I ordered. At this point, I am simply asking for a refund, which should have been processed already. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating it to Trading Standards.
Based on this experience, I will not order from here again.

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. When a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but a customer advises it has not been received, it is standard procedure for us to investigate before any resolution can be issued. This process is required by the courier and is not intended to be dismissive or condescending.
We have reviewed this case again and can see that the matter was investigated and subsequently resolved.
We always aim to act fairly and within the correct processes, and we are sorry this situation caused frustration.

Lovely quality
I purchased 5 cushion covers. Timely delivery and arrival. Beautiful quality and look great on my sofa. Only thing that didn’t make my review 5 stars was that I returned 2 covers as the colour wasn’t what I’d expected from seeing the photos online. Other than that I’m really pleased with my purchases and would buy again.

Excellent customer service and a beautiful product. The cushion covers that I ordered are very well made and the fabric is excellent quality. They are very well priced and certainly look far more expensive than they actually are. I am delighted and will definitely use Ellenvale Interiors again.

Not quality I expected & expensive returns
I was disappointed with the quality of some of the products, particularly the cushion lining was very crunchy and noisy. I also found the colours to differ from what is shown on the website.
Returns are at your own expense, and when the DPD portal didn't work, I was forced to organise my own return costing nearly £10.
I found the customer service team very condescending and unhelpful.

When the portal cannot be used, customers are required to arrange their own return, and unfortunately we are unable to cover return fees in these circumstances.
