GG and the Golden Pill - what a combo
Hardly ever do reviews but felt like the girls over at ES need a little shout out. The customer service is amazing. and the prodcuts really work. i was a skeptic. it was my husband who mentioned them to me, he had met one of the girls at an event and thought i'd give them a go. I started taking the golden pill and have stuck with it. It was only really in month 3 that i really noticed feeling better. More energy, less hot flushes. Then another benefit.. which i noticed while watching Off Campus ...haha...because everyone kept talking about Garrett Graham. I expected a cheesy romance, but i didn’t expect butterflies. It made me realise I hadn’t lost that part of myself after all, it had just been lost under years of stress, exhaustion and looking after everyone else.
My husband is absolutely delighted. I’ve been more confident than I have in years, and there’s a spark that’s been missing for a long time.
The morning after finishing the series, I woke up, put my trainers on and went for a huge walk. That’s just not me. Nothing had changed overnight, but somehow I felt more optimistic. more excited about life again. i follow the instagram page and the podcast and they share brilliant advice, it's a great community to be a part of.

Well, this might be one of my favourite reviews ever! 😂 We can’t take all the credit when Garrett Graham was clearly doing some of the heavy lifting, but what a partnership!
Joking aside, that feeling of realising you haven’t lost that part of yourself — it’s simply been buried under stress, exhaustion and looking after everybody else will resonate with so many women. More energy, fewer hot flushes, renewed confidence and even voluntarily putting your trainers on for a huge walk… we love to hear it.
It’s also a brilliant reminder that results aren’t always immediate. You stuck with it, reached month three and then really began noticing the difference.

I have been raking the gold tablet for over 6 months. I truly see a change in my mood my mind when I take these gold tablets. If I forgot to take for a few days I really see a change in myself. Would highly recommend Elle Sera Gold Tablet.

Amazing products and service
Amazing products! I take all three products and have noticed an increase in energy, hormones are more balanced, sleep, skin, hair and nails are unreal. The level of service is the best I have ever experienced. The cash back and occasional free gifts are a very welcomed treat. I can’t recommend the products enough and would deal with these ladies time and time again. Not a fan of lipstick usually but the lipstick is insane so conditioning and a subtle colour that would suit anyone. Thank you for being so amazing ladies. I don’t know what I’d do without you and your products, I’ve been a customer for over a year now.

What can I say! I’ve been taking the golden pill for over a year due to not being able to take HRT following hormone related breast cancer and the desire for a more natural alternative. It has helped with so many menopausal symptoms.. sometimes you don’t appreciate how much it helps until you stop! I’ve recently taken a 3 week break and have noticed a difference .. hence I’ve restarted my subscription and can’t wait for it to arrive!! Plus the gifts have been great! I swear by the lipstick! Perfect shade and feeling on the lips! 💋

As a 54-year-old mum of three adult children, I’ve become much more conscious of maintaining my health and wellbeing naturally. I’ve been taking the Elle Sera Golden Pill, Liposomal Tripeptide Collagen, and Liposomal Magnesium Bisglycinate, and they’ve become an important part of my daily routine.

A quality supplement that helps.
I have been using Elle Sera for over 4 years now and found it really helps as I had to stop HRT due to breast cancer. I believe it helps me feel more balanced and I also sleep well since I have been using Elle Sera. Great company to deal with and also very relatable.

I don’t often write reviews, but Elle Sera deserves one.
I’ve been taking the Trinity, Magnesium, Golden Pill and Collagen, and the difference they’ve made to how I feel is honestly incredible. After several very difficult years supporting a loved one through illness, I had completely lost myself somewhere along the way. I was exhausted, running on empty, and had stopped feeling like me.
Gradually, these supplements have helped me reconnect with the woman I used to be. My energy is better, I’m sleeping more deeply, and I feel calmer and more resilient when life throws its inevitable challenges my way.
The collagen has been wonderful too. My skin looks healthier, my hair feels stronger, and even my nails are thanking me! But the biggest change has been how I feel inside. It’s hard to put into words, but I feel more confident, more vibrant, and more like a woman again rather than just someone getting through each day.
And if I’m being completely honest, they’ve even helped bring back a bit of my va-va-voom! My husband has certainly noticed the difference. There’s a sparkle and confidence that had been missing for a long time, and it’s lovely to feel that part of myself returning.

I have been taking The Golden Pill since Sept 24 and it has honestly changed my life. I was very menopausal, struggling with lots of symptoms then heard the Abbey Clancy podcast about Elle-sera so thought I’d give it a go. I feel so much better, this pill should be on prescription! The amazing Golden Pill
I started to take the Golden Pill just over 2 months ago after being recommended by Kel at a networking event.
I’m 36 and always struggled with PMS. I was willing to try anything to relieve the symptoms every month. I’m so glad I started taking it, I don’t feel those negative thoughts anymore on the lead up to my period. There is no more rage associated with PMS either. I feel so much better in myself and my husband has even noticed this too.

Made a huge difference in my life
Made a huge difference in my life. I am 42 and started taking collagen, golden pill and the magnesium about 4 months ago and I feel so much better. I think I am in perimenopause and was starting to get anxious and forgetting everything. My hair and skin was dull and flat and lost all my confidence. Now I feel 100 times better from inside and have more energy, sleeping much better and was considering filler before this but no there is no need as my skin is glowing again. Thank you Elle Sera x

I started taking the golden pill a year ago. After having my baby at 39, I struggled to feel myself. I had terrible brain fog and my hormones felt all over the place. I noticed a difference after a couple of months and honestly have never looked back. I will never be without this and the magnesium! It has changed my life and I’d recommend to anyone!
