I started taking Elle Sera supplement…
I started taking Elle Sera supplement about 4 months ago and I can honestly say I feel so much better within myself,I didn’t see a difference immediately but persevered with it as I read it can take a few weeks to see any difference.My tiredness has almost disappeared and my skin is glowing and I just seem to feel better overall I would highly recommend this product.

5* perfection in a jar
I started these golden pills in my 30s and temporarily stopped due to pregnancy and breastfeeding. I am now back on them with vengeance, noticing if I haven't had them for a day. I also take the magnesium and collagen, and whilst I haven't noticed huge changes or benefits with the collagen, my hairdresser commented how big my hair growth was in 6 weeks, so perhaps others are noticing it!
The customer service, delivery and gifts are second to none. Owned and run by women, for women. Nothing better. Thank you.

Elle Sera collagen has exceeded my expectations
I’ve been taking the Elle Sera collagen for 3 months. I’m 44 and in full peri menopause mode. After 3 weeks I noticed my skin overall was more hydrated. After 5 weeks I noticed I didn’t need as much moisturiser or body cream. I’ve noticed a decrease in fine lines and wrinkles as my skin is no longer feeling dry. My nails have always snapped off really easily but are now growing really strong and rarely break. I’m really happy with the results so far. Thank you!

I originally found Elle Sera when I had reached a point in my late 30s, where I felt I had lost my zest for life, and after researching my symptoms, I concluded I was probably starting perimenopause, coupled with late diagnosed ADHD. I started a subscription of the golden pills, and loved everything about the experience from day one - the quality, the customer service, the research behind the ingredients, it all aligned with the things I value. Since then, I have added the magnesium supplement, and the collagen. All of the products are easy to take, and I can feel the difference when I stay consistent with the routine. It works!
I’ve noticed my skin looks good, my nails are strong and the little thin baby hairs around my face are getting stronger.
My only real issue with continuing is the price. It seems a lot of fancy packaging for only a little bit of product. The caps are sometimes difficult to snap off and i find myself tipping my head right back to get the product out as the tubes can’t be squeezed.
So in short I’d say great product that works, but maybe spend a bit less on packaging and pas that discount onto the customers.

I can’t imagine life without the golden pill
I honestly can’t imagine life without this product.
In October 2024, after having two children, my husband working away from home, months of broken sleep, and experiencing my first panic attack, my life completely changed. After months of investigations and feeling like I was losing myself, I was finally diagnosed with PMDD.
For a few days every month, my symptoms were so severe that they included suicidal thoughts. I genuinely believed this was just who I had become, and it was affecting every part of my life—my mental health, my family, and my ability to cope.
After my diagnosis, I spent months researching PMDD and looking for ways to help myself. I started yoga, focused on improving my wellbeing, and then I came across this product. I remember telling my husband that I couldn’t justify the cost. He simply asked, “How much would you pay to feel better every month?” He was right—I couldn’t put a price on it.
I’ve been taking it ever since, and the difference has been incredible.
The real proof came when I forgot to take it with me while travelling. The following cycle, my symptoms returned, and I realised just how much this product had been helping me and changed my life.

Night sweats be gone
Started taking the golden pill on a recommendation as I started suffering with terrible night sweats . Within a few weeks night sweats had totally stopped and I started having quality sleep again .
Wouldn’t be without my subscription , these pills have been a god send

I have noticed a significant change…
I have noticed a significant change since using this product. I am on month 2 and my skin is brighter and smoother. I have used a few other well known brands before and this has been the best one by far. The taste of this collagen is actually good as well, others I’ve tried have been hard to swallow without dilution.

100% recommend
I love these, I went a while without taking my HRT (not on purpose) couldn’t figure out why all my (emotional) systems hadn’t came rushing back, the only thing different in my life was I was taking the Golden Pill. I still take HRT (it’s good for your bones so I chose to ignore the hype of menopause naturally with herbs, I value walking too much) but the golden Pill, 100% has a positive impact! It definitely helps me along side my HRT. I highly recommend it.

I don’t often write reviews but when I do it is because I really rate a product or service and in this case it is 2 products and the service!
I am in the 2nd year of taking the Golden Pill and it’s made a huge difference to how I feel and if I miss a day I can feel the difference, I started the collagen 3 months ago not sure what to expect as I’ve tried collagen products before but this time it is making a difference the biggest thing is my skin I have been struggling with the skin looking aged on my neck I have tried all the expensive creams but the collagen has made a massive difference my skin looks so much smoother including on my neck. I am so happy with these products and the customer service has always been amazing plus Elissa and Kelly are in touch with their customers and understand what they need. I would and do recommend these products and Elle Sera to everyone!
