Firstly, thank you for sticking with us for so long. Two years of loyalty is something we never take for granted, and it genuinely means the world to our little team.
I'm assuming you meant you can tell when you don't take The Golden Pill because your energy takes a nosedive? 😂 It's funny how sometimes we only really notice the difference something makes when it's missing from our routine!
And as for our Magnesium, well, who doesn't love something that helps quieten that busy brain when it's time to switch off?! We're absolutely delighted it's become such a firm favourite in your evening routine. - its my favourite product in our range!

Currently prioritising the collagen as 4 months PP and I think it’s definitely helped with skin and hair.

Had a problem with a broken capsule once. The team were great and sorted it asap - no fuss and dealt with a real person!!!

Firstly, four months postpartum! Congratulations, lovely! What a whirlwind those first few months can be, and I'm so pleased you're finding a little something for yourself amongst all the baby chaos!
It's wonderful to hear you're noticing a difference with your skin and hair, particularly at a time when your body is going through so many changes.
And can I just say, your comment about speaking to a REAL person has made me smile! 😂 We might be a growing business, but we'll never lose that personal touch. There are real women behind our customer service, and we genuinely care about getting things right.
Of course, we'd rather you hadn't received a broken capsule in the first place, but I'm delighted the girls got everything sorted without any fuss. That's exactly how it should be!

The product was recommended by a friend who says it’s changed her!
I guess our bodies all work differently so although hasn’t worked for me (yet - agreed to keep trying for a limited period), it does for some ladies.

When I search your name on our system, the most recent correspondence I can find with customers under that name has actually been really positive, so I’d really like to establish which account is yours and take a proper look at your journey with us so that I can offer some genuine assistance.
If you’re taking something like the Golden Pill and genuinely feeling absolutely no change, there is often something worth exploring -whether that’s how long you’ve been taking it (we are transparent a period of 90 days is best for optimal results), consistency, timing, other supplements or medication, or simply the fact that everybody responds differently. That’s exactly why we always encourage our customers to reach out to us. We don’t want anybody quietly taking something, feeling disappointed and assuming there’s nothing we can do to help.
I’m really glad to read that you love our collagen, which I suppose is also why it’s difficult for us to see your overall experience reflected as a one-star review. You clearly do love one of our products, while the other hasn’t delivered what you were hoping for yet- and, as you’ve said yourself, you haven’t been taking it for particularly long and are continuing for a little longer.
I would have genuinely loved the opportunity to have this conversation with you before such a low rating was left, because reviews like this can have a significant impact on a small business like ours.

Just wanted to come on here and scream from the rooftops about this amazing Company. I was talking to yet another of my clients today about Elle Sera, explaining all the benefits I myself have had from their golden pill, magnesium and collagen. I showed her a picture of my hair after just 3 months taking their collagen and she was blown away, she had been taking another well known brand for two years and was seeing absolutely no benefits. This lead me to another conversation with her about emailing said brand and asking to speak with their customer service manager about how long she should be waiting before seeing results. She said she didn’t feel this was at all possible as she had emailed them over a postage issue and they took weeks to get back to her. I said this wouldn’t happen in a month of Sundays at Elle Sera. I told her Kelly at ES customer service has actually hand delivered me an order before now due to Evri loosing my order. HAND DELIVERED IT !! This is not only a brand aimed at women they are women’s women through and through. Not many brands would go out of their way in this capacity to make sure I had my pills so I didnt go down hill without them ( I have severe PMDD ) so not only do the pills work like a dream for that (golden,Magnesium and Collagen) they go above and beyond in every area of the brand too. Elissa is a knowledgeable powerhouse when it comes to women’s health and is more than happy to talk the science with you which I LOVE. In the very early days or ES when I was desperate for just an ear to see if she thought they’d help me, she took time out of her day to call me personally. This I’ll never forgot. Then there is their content which is so informative, for me NO BRAND ON THE MARKET COMPARES. They don’t just care, they want to be apart of your wellness journey with you and its testament to them that nearly half of my clients are also all on some form of Elle Sera be it the golden pill, magnesium, collagen or all three like me.
I have been taking the golden pill for 4 years, there has been many a brand that has popped up over the years and never once I have ever wanted to falter from their golden goodness. Why would I ? They’re GOLDEN ( pun intended) so after my conversation I thought credit where it’s due and here is my honest review - if you’re not on them, get on them and get them all. ✨

This means more than you could ever know. I remember hand-delivering that order to you and I would do it again in a heartbeat. When you know how much someone relies on their routine to feel like themselves, particularly while living with something as debilitating as severe PMDD it isn’t “just an order.” You don’t simply leave someone without the support they depend on because a courier has let you down.
We don’t ever want women to feel like an order number or an email sitting in an inbox. We want to know your journey, celebrate your results, answer your questions and be there on the difficult days too.

My Elle Sera journey has honestly gone from strength to strength. I absolutely love the products, the customer service, and the motivation and positivity that comes with being part of Elle Sera.
But most of all, I love feeling a little bit more like myself every month since taking my Golden Pills. 💛 And my sleep has been an absolute dream since adding the Magnesium!

Miracle Pill.
I’ve taken the golden pill for a few years now and have recently come off them. Omg, I cannot shout it loud enough , the difference in my mood, sleep, sweats is unbelievable. I’m a different person off them and not for the better.
My whole family have seen the change in me and have begged me to go back on them which I’m doing tomorrow. They have completely changed my life and I will never come off them again.
They are an amazing product .

I am a collagen convert. After being skeptical about whether or not I would see results using a collagen supplement after lots of research I decided Elle Sera collagen was best for me. I’m totally converted now will ensure I never run out !

I fell for the marketing hype big time…
I fell for the marketing hype big time (I’m very easily influenced!) and ordered the magnesium. However, when it arrived, I was immediately disappointed by the packaging. The website shows it in a very snazzy gold bottle, but what actually arrived was a green plastic pouch.
Yes, if you dig into the small print, they do explain that the gold pot is available to purchase separately — but honestly, who reads all the small print when you’re busy being influenced by the latest Instagram influencer?! In hindsight, I definitely should have.
I normally take magnesium from Nutrition Geeks, which works well for me and is A LOT cheaper. Unfortunately, after just a few days of taking ES magnesium tablets, I experienced a very upset stomach — not exactly ideal when you’re trying to get through a day at work!
I then contacted ES to cancel my subscription, only to be told that I had to purchase a second month before I was allowed to cancel. Again, apparently this is mentioned in the small print.
For me, this is a complete deal-breaker. I don’t expect to be tied into a subscription that I didn’t realise I was committing to. It’s my money, and I should be able to decide what I spend it on and when!
Needless to say, I won’t be recommending ES and I’ll certainly be warning anyone who’ll listen before they make the same mistake.
Lesson learned the hard way!

Having looked back through your interaction with us this morning, I have to admit this was quite a hard review to read.
You contacted us at 9:56am and received a response within the hour. Your message did not mention that the magnesium had upset your stomach or that you were in any way disappointed with the product/felt there had been any fault with the service you’d received.
Had that have been mentioned the conversation would have been very different. I’d have wanted to understand what had happened, talk through your experience and see what we could do to help.
Our supplements arrive in a refill pouch as & the gold decanter is deliberately an additional purchase, rather than something we make every customer buy from day one.
We’d much rather somebody begin their journey with the supplement, establish whether it’s right for them and whether it’s something they want to continue taking before spending additional money on a gold decanter. If it becomes a permanent fixture in your routine, fabulous - that’s when the decanter becomes a lovely addition. It isn’t essential to taking the product and we don’t believe you should have to pay for one in order to get started.
We show and explain that on the website. It’s very transparent.
The same applies to the subscription. The terms of the offer are provided when you choose it and before you purchase. They aren’t conditions we suddenly produce when somebody asks to cancel. There is a one time purchase or a subscription, you opted for the latter and your order confirmation also highlights this :)
One of the things we are incredibly proud of with Elle Sera is how much of the conversation about our products online comes from women who actually use them. So hearing that somebody talking about their own experience was convincing enough for you to give us a try is, ironically, rather lovely feedback for us.
As for your prior magnesium being considerably cheaper - We never claim to be the cheapest magnesium on the market. We aren’t trying to be. There are hundreds of supplements available at vastly different formulations and price points and if you’ve found something that works brilliantly for you and suits your budget, I genuinely wouldn’t try to convince you otherwise. But you clearly came to us for a reason … I’m only sorry you’ve not left an elle sera convert
I struggle with the suggestion that you’ll now “warn anyone who’ll listen” about our brand. I find that incredibly unfair.
You contacted with no complaint about the product, no mention of an upset stomach or unhappiness that you didn’t get a decanter and therefore no opportunity given to us to address either of those things before this review was written.
If we get something wrong, I will be the first person to hold my hands up, apologise and try to fix it.
I’m genuinely sorry the product wasn’t right for you, Gemma. I just wish you’d told us that when you contacted us this morning, because we’d have genuinely wanted the opportunity to help and I’m still happy to should you wish to re reach out
