We had a wonderful, enjoyable cricket and sightseeing tour to New Zealand, despite our entry to NZ being delayed by Cyclone Gabrielle. John was a wonderful host from start to finish. The itinerary was well planned to ensure there was plenty to do on our non-cricket days. John made sure that the inconvenience of our delayed arrival to NZ was kept to a minimum and, at the end, he made the sacrifice of remaining in NZ after his departure date to look after one of our group who had fallen ill and had to go to hospital. Superb customer care!
I would highly recommend Elite Sports.

Superbowl. Everything was so well organised. Kept fully informed from first contact to the day after the event and beyond. All of the Elite team, Ben, Lee, Sven and Virgyl were professional and friendly. The hospitality events were second to none. Good merchandise goody bag. Great hotel and transport to and from the game. Couldn't have asked any more of them. We had a fantastic time, because Elite Sports Travel delivered at every turn. Went to the ODI in South Africa, did Capetown for four days,Cricket in Bloemfontein and Kimberley, atmosphere was fantastic, then safari in Kruger Park ,trip was fantastic, we had an issue on one of the trips,but Elite sorted it out.Inwould recommend them

We cannot recommend Elite Sports Travel highly enough! Our recent trip to see Lakers v Celtics and then Lakers v Nets was a present for our son's 21st. We all had an amazing time at the basketball and sightseeing in NYC and Boston. EST were fantastic throughout; John's attention to detail and support through the whole trip were outstanding. A wonderful experience for us all.

We had the most wonderful time on our 2nd Neil Reynolds Road Trip West Coast. As 49er fans to finally visit Levis and watch a game was a bucket list experience and doing it with Elite Sports Travel was the best and only way to do it. The staff at Elite Sports are all highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly individuals who all contribute to making an Elite Sports NFL road trip a unique experience. Every level of the trip was excellent from the excursions, social events, hotels, and of course the celeb host Neil Reynolds who was part of the group the minute he arrived. It was a pleasure to meet Neil and chat with him about our favourite sport and his knowledge is second to none. A more down to earth person you could not meet. Really hope we can do more NFL road trips in the future. If you are thinking of booking - do it. You will never be disappointed, its the experience of a lifetime.

A fantastic trip from start to finish! The Neil Reynolds West Coast NFL Road Trip in association with Elite Sports Travel, was a most professionally and efficiently organised tour with excellent and friendly staff and a super host in Neil Reynolds. Locations and hotels were very good and of high quality, transport was comfortable and timely and all queries were most effectively and promptly dealt with. From making initial contact, to the farewells 10 days later in Heathrow, everything ran very smoothly and we felt that we were in safe hands at all times. I couldn’t recommend EST highly enough. I’ve now been on 2 NFL trips and both have been unforgettable experiences! The initial enquiry and booking process was seamless on both occasions and Ben and John couldn’t have been any more helpful
in tailoring some requirements for me. Due to covid and hotel issues (completely out of ESTs control) we faced a few issues on the trips but it was amazingly helpful the have the EST team with us to smooth any problems out and at no time did it impact on our trips. The seats acquired for all of the games were excellent and the extra tailgate parties etc really made the days special. The extra events laid on by the team, whether it be a drinks party, stadium tours, celebrity q&a’s as well as the really well thought out pre trip merchandise packs etc all made it feel like a once in a lifetime experience and its’s clear EST constantly strive to find things that will make a sporting trip unique and not a impersonal commoditised trip (which many other sports tour companies do).

All in all a faultless experience, roll on the next trip!!!

I've just got back off the Neil Reynolds road trip with games in Vegas, LA & SF. All of their staff were really friendly & helpful (as were all of the clients on the trip), the hotels were excellent and everything was pretty seamless.

Neil himself was a lovely guy, engaging, professional and friendly, with no heirs or graces. He knew everyone's name earlier than I did !

Elite are a quality operation.

Had yet another fantastic time on The Neil Reynolds West Coast Road Trip. The team at Elite think of everything to make your experience extra special. We recently returned from New Orleans for my 40th birthday treat to see the saints play and had the best time so felt it right to let people know of Elite sport travel.
We contacted a few different companies to enquire about the trip and not all got back to us but Elite did and gave us some good advice on planning our trip and helped to organise every aspect of what we wanted to do. The 5 day trip involved a college game at lsu stadium also as it’s rude not to while you’re there which was also organised through elite, our seats were great in both stadiums which we had full feedback before they were booked. We received an extremely detailed itinerary of events including dates and times for everything, also including airport transfers which were waiting for us as we landed. We also received merchandise related to our trip which was a very nice touch and a lot more than the key ring we were expecting!!

When we got back we received a phone call to see how the trip went and make sure everything went as planned and most importantly we enjoyed ourselves, again more than we expected.
I have used travel agents in the past for many holidays which have been ok but we were both so impressed we kept remarking through our holiday at every turn how well everything had gone and it was all thanks to elite. The Hilton hotel was perfectly placed for all our needs and the room was great.

I could go on for ever about all the great little perks and meticulous planning but maybe you should try them for yourself you won’t be disappointed I promise, just got to find another excuse for our next trip!!

Joel was very helpfull with booking en John was very helpfull before the trip. The Sofitel was a luxury hotel like in the movies. We had an unforgettable evening with food and drinks at the Hofbrauhaus where we surprisingly had a meet/greet/picture with Mike Evans of the bucs (all time NFL record of more than 1000 receiving yards during his 7 first seasons) who had joined his family/friends at the table next to us. At saturday we had time to visit the Pinakotheken who almost can compete with Louvre and Prado. In the evening we had a nice diner in the Raetskellar with Neal of Skysports who turned out to be a nice and open host and a born storyteller. John and Ben and his wife were also warm and friendly hosts during the weekend. For gameday, i can repeat tom Brady himself: "epic" and "it doensn't get better than this". Our seats we're also great. In thé middle of thé middle after thé endzone. And thé hospality was more than ok: nice setting, good and abundant food and waitresses who didn't stop offering drinks and sweets. The only little minus i can think of is the chaotic queing at the arrival at the Allianz Arena. And i waited long for booking because of the price. But the premium price for a premium package turned out to be a bargain because every body is saying that game day was like a superbowl and that costs multiple times more.

I always wanted to see a game at Lambeau Field and decided to try out Elite Sports. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The itinerary was spot on as they were able to include the Thursday Night game in Chicago.
The hotels were exceptional, fantastic locations and extremely comfortable. We had a hiccup with a couple of things, but the team were extremely responsive and sorted out what could be sorted. They stayed in contact despite timezone difference and reassured me.
Tickets to the games were first class and the experience in Green Bay was second to none! Ama ing seats...
Won't hesitate to use these guys again.

Amazing trip with Elite Sports Travel. Ben and the team were excellent hosts and the whole trip was planned to a T. I travelled on my own and had some amazing experiences while meeting some great people. I would 100% recommend using these guys for a sports trip. See you next year!

Elite sport travel specialise in providing unforgettable holidays. Having attended The Fumble road trip in September 2022 and meeting the company director Ben, I can assure you that the professionalism and client care provided is second to none.

Super Bowl LVI was our 4th Super Bowl trip with EST and again the team surpassed our expectations and as usual, were always available to deal with any issues or questions we had. Events were organised outside of game day, as well as allowing us our own time to take in Los Angeles. The events included chances to meet Jason Bell and the guys from the Around the NFL Podcast, after they had hosted a very entertaining evening along with Neil Reynolds. Gameday was as exciting as ever, with the added bonus of transport being provided to and from the stadium by EST, making the day even more relaxing and enjoyable than previously.

The experience of travelling to Mumbai for the IPL with Elite Sports Travel was first class in every respect. John and Joel organised everything perfectly and were on hand for queries every step of the way. We had to change dates at short notice once it became apparent that obtaining visas to India was a much slower process than it used to be. John and Joel handled all of the changes with ease and put our minds at rest. All of the transfers went smoothly and we were well looked after in Mumbai. The cricket was fabulous and we would definitely book again with EST. A huge thank you to the team!

My partner and I traveled with Elite to the third England Test match v West Indies in Grenada. The whole process from initial contact through to landing back home was excellent. The chat function on the website made it easy to make quick decisions, which were necessary for this trip given flights were booking up very fast. Communication before the trip was at just the right level and any queries were dealt with efficiently. Although a specific EST rep wasn’t present when we first landed we were able to use a local tour operator, who were also great and had lots of their own excursions to help fill time and see the islands. Once Ben did arrive he was always on hand and provided a calming presence when trying to get to or from the ground. The whole trip had much more of a personal feel to it than the other, larger tour groups that were present. We won’t hesitate using EST again when the time and bank balances look a bit healthier!

A superb day out. Arrived at the hotel and was sat at a table with a great 3 course meal. Great video of past Derby games on big screen and Phil Neal in attendance. Complimentary coaches to Anfield were highly organised. Seats great at the ground, followed by return coach to hotel. John kept us informed ahead of the game and requested feedback after. Excellent service!

We booked our trip to see the 2022 West Indies v England first two test matches in Antigua and Barbados through Elite Sports Travel as they had provisional packages advertised on their website way ahead of other tour operators, including competitive provisional prices and some very good reviews of their previous sporting events. Elite kept us fully informed of the likely dates and venues which were eventually confirmed by the West Indies Cricket Board, the firmed up costs were considerably higher than those provisionally advertised but we were offered and accepted lower cost options (still considerably higher than the original provisional costs).

Whilst we had a good overall holiday we had a number of unfortunate experiences;

*Durations at Antigua / Barbados - being informed a few days prior to departure that we would be transferring from Antigua to Barbados a day early cost us our only cricket free day in Antigua, separated us from fellow guests and missed the experience of a small plane transfer. We did however arrange and fund a driver for a half day tour of Antigua on the transfer day morning.

*Itinerary - late delivery of merchandise and more importantly the itinerary was not ‘several weeks before’.

*Departure Lounge - as instructed in the itinerary we made our way to Lounge 1 at Gatwick but were refused entry as apparently did not have correct entry class level.

*Antigua - Tradewinds Hotel - on arrival at the hotel we were taken outside by the manager to be informed there was an issue with our room and were told they were trying to find us an alternative hotel for the night. This was eventually resolved after some 4 hours. The hotel were very apologetic and kept us informed. We did however end up with a nice room.

*Antigua Day Trips - Despite asking some weeks prior to the trip, no options of day trips were suggested or offered.

*Barbados - Time Out Hotel - on arrival we were initially informed that we only had a room for one night (separate booking for the ‘extra’ night), the room was very poor and the hotel generally had a ‘low end’ feel. Again we managed to get the room issue resolved and got a better room from the second night onwards.

*Hotel Water Supply - no water in hotel for a day (no shower, hand washing and toilet flushing), general very low water pressure. Eventually resolved, Elite could have checked that the issue had been resolved.

*Barbados Day Trips – On arrival at Barbados the transfer company provided details of proposed excursions but all those on non-cricket days were already fully booked up. We did however eventually independently manage to arrange trips.

*Elite Representation (Ben) - no Elite presence for last 4 days.

*Group Activities - no ‘non cricket day’ group activities offered.

*On the day of departure the hotel demanded that we pay them for our stay as they had not been paid, after numerous telephone conversations John and Ben told us to refuse to pay, we were concerned that the hotel would deduct the cost from our credit card as we had given them details on arrival. We asked that Elite pay and seek a refund. Eventually the booking company Elite had used settled the bill just before we left. A stressful last day.

*We appreciate that a number of the issues we encountered were outside of Elite’s direct control but overall felt that what Elite were offering on their website had not been met and did not represent appropriate value for money. We could have booked through another operator with the added advantages of all inclusive food & drinks, special guest speaker evenings, being all together in one hotel etc for a similar or less cost.

*We would however say John was excellent and enhanced the Antigua experience being present as we arrived at the cricket ground each day, mingled amongst us and escorted us onto our mini buses each evening.

*We would also say the taxi transfer companies Elite employed throughout the tour were also excellent.

*Ben sent a message to some of the travelling party expressing concerns over receiving complaints from some of the party and understandingly asked that we inform him of any issues as early as possible, we replied outlining the issues covered on this review and he promised to come back to us on everything in due course, some 4 weeks later we have not heard back from him.

Perhaps this tour was not one of Elite’s high-end packages but we felt it fell short of what they advertise on their website namely;

‘Our mantra is to under promise and over deliver. We want to deliver an experience for our guests that makes you feel like we have put on the VIP treatment just for you and your tour companions. We want you to feel special’.
‘Anyone can book you some flights and hotels. We know you can organise that yourself with a bit of searching. We do organise those things, but we also do a lot more’.
