We had an absolutely wonderful trip to Bhutan organised by Rikki of Scott Dunn. It was exceptionally well organised and exceeded our expectations.

First class experience booking our family trip to Athens with Peter at Scott Dunn. Peter listened to exactly what we wanted and more than delivered.

Grace and Sabina arranged every detail of our bucket list trip to see the Northern Lights. We started the trip in Stockholm at the amazing Grand Hotel- a wonderful start with just enough time to get to know a little about the city, the people, the fabulous food and the culture. Then on to the Logger's Lodge in northern Sweden. This was the pen-ultimate place to be. The owners arranged every detail of our stay personally and we experienced the magic of Swedish Lapland seeing the Northern Lights every night! On our return we spent a few days in Denmark. The food is excellent for foodies, and thanks to Sabina’s help, we were able to dine every night in a new and amazing Michelin star restaurant. Everything on the trip went as planned and there were no hiccups along the way. We give credit to Grace who was always available to listen and assist in planning this most extraordinary trip.

This is our second trip with Scott Dunn and once again a superb experience. Hannah Mackie helped us with our itinerary and she went out of her way to understand what was important to us and to accommodate the different members of our group - cooks and gardeners. We went on 3 different excursions and all 3 were highlights - from the orchard garden to the food markets. We had the most brilliant guide, Anthony, who was so passionate about his country, nothing was too much trouble. He was insightful and knowledgeable and made Singapore come alive for us. With both my trips with Scott Dunn the guides they use are top class and make all the difference to your trip. We stayed in the Fullerton Bay which was absolutely lovely and our airport transfers and tour excursions were always on time, well communicated and seamless. I really cannot recommend Scott Dunn highly enough, they make travel a pleasure with their insider knowledge and the care they show to their clients. Thank you Hannah!

Incredible holiday. Third trip booked with Scott Dunn. These guys really do know how to deliver. They use exceptional ground teams who are capable of dealing with any eventuality as I found out. Very impressive guides too. No complaints from me. I had a fabulous holiday. Thank you to James, Olivia and Hayley.

Our holiday experience was excellent. Scott Dunn organised everything, kept in touch with us and made changes as requested. The itinerary was well thought out and we were escorted, driven and guided every day. The guides were excellent, as were the drivers. They booked some restaurants for us, and they were all very good. Our holiday was stress-free as everything was already sorted out for us.

We recently went to Nepal and Bhutan with Score Dunn. The trip they put together was amazing and perfectly structured. The night before we were due to leave war broke out in Iran and our flight via Qatar was cancelled but Scott Dunn managed to move our flights with hardly any notice and we went via Istanbul. Fabulous service.
All the guides they use are incredibly experienced and friendly. We have used SD for a few trips now and will do so again when venturing out of Europe as they put together unique holiday experiences for you using very informed people who know each country well.

I gave an outline specification for the kind of skiing holiday would suit us and Scott Dunn gave us excellent recommendations to choose from and then totally delivered on the whole experience.

From the first conversation to the day we returned from our holiday, I felt liked after and well informed. The team found us the perfect holiday based on my requests. They helped us arrange restaurant bookings and banysitting for our holiday. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

I wanted a two week holiday to India but I did not know the budget I needed so I provided where I wanted to go but I expected a reasonable quote. The quote I was provided was for £58k for 2 adults and one child. On review of the accommodation quoted I priced this myself online at £20k. Whilst I appreciate there are additions for internal flights, a tour guide and entrance to temples etc, I could not understand how this came to £38k for 2 weeks, I even questioned if they had made a mistake but I was told no. I even asked could they explain the additional but they did not want to. If I could understand what the additional was for I might be happy to pay for this, however I felt that they were taking advantage. It’s a shame as online and their marketing I had such high hopes. This is also not the only holiday of this type that I will be booking in the future so they have lost out. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Our honeymoon was perfectly curated to what we specifically said we wanted to do / see / experience as a couple and what mattered the most (in our case, food and setting).
In addition to situating us for the right amount of time in each spot to get the best possible overview of cuisine, islands, and Thai culture, the way our travel manager included so many small details and treats was outstanding. The best part of using Scott Dunn was that it simply eliminated all stress. We barely had to think about any logistics at all - just checking the itinerary in-app at the start of our day was our only responsibility. We felt like every single member of each staff that helped us out (whether it was a tour guide, a driver, or a hotel rep) was 2 steps ahead the whole time. This kind of service showcases the difference between simply delivering on needs vs. anticipating them!

We visited Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls( Argentina and Brazil side). Scott Dunn arranged a wonderful custom itinerary, providing mostly private experiences that met our interests——private tango lessons followed by Rojo tango club dinner and show; city tour with private guide, private cooking class in home of local chef and sommelier; private shopping tour by nationally recognized guide that focused on local designer showrooms and goods made in Argentina; Iguazu Falls, including adventure boat ride into the cascading falls, nature hikes in the tropical forest with beautiful birds and wildlife, and many exceptional up-close views of the massive falls. Our hotels were all first class with excellent food , service, and proximity to our planned activities. Scott Dunn developed and excellent trip plan and executed it flawlessly. I will definitely use them for international travel in the future
